I have dry skin and use shade 23. I deal with dark circles and freckles, and I love all things pink! My personal color is deep undertone light. I prefer products that keep my skin moisturized inside and smooth outside. Texture: The cream has a perfect consistency - not too runny, not too thick. The color has a slight pink tint, similar to the packaging. Application: It glides on smoothly. The absorbs well! Coverage: This product is ideal for concealing dark circles. My dark circles are due to pigmentation rather than puffiness or visible blood vessels. This concealer works wonders for pigmentation-type dark circles. If you have similar concerns, I highly recommend trying this product. Usage tip: Mine came with a brush. The Olive Young staff member (thanks!) suggested using the brush for better application. I've been using it, and it definitely applies more evenly than using fingers. While the brush works better than fingers, it's inconvenient to carry around. It would be great if there was a compartment to store the brush in the product packaging for easy portability. Using a brush gives even better results! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 3, 2019
Absorbs beautifully It glides on so smoothly! I've tried Missha and other concealers, but this one has no initial thickness at all. It seems to set over time, as it gets slightly thicker later on. Color I'm also using the Hanskin Concealer Bright, but honestly, it's not that 'bright'... So I use this apricot shade to cover both brightness and dark circles!! The result is satisfying! Coverage Coverage is crucial for a concealer, right? To be honest, it feels like it covers about 80% rather than providing full coverage. You'll need to layer it on heavily to cover things like acne scars. Acne This is what I care about most... I've had such a hard time with other concealers causing breakouts, but this one has been fine so far! Price and brush Actually, it's often on sale, so you can usually get it cheaper than the regular price. And the brush that comes with it as a gift set! The bristles are super soft, and I'm using it well. Pilling?? My makeup routine is skincare -> sunscreen -> Code primer -> Hanskin concealer -> foundation -> powder. But without fail! When I apply foundation after this concealer, the foundation seems to pill only where I've applied the concealer. I thought it might be the foundation's fault, so I tried different ones, but got the same result... It's okay if I apply foundation first and then gently pat it with a damp puff, but if I apply it before, this happens. I don't know why... I took off one star because of this! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 22, 2019
The color payoff is in order: Bright, Light, and Apricot. My complexion is around shade 22-23. I use Light for subtle coverage, and Bright when I want a more luminous look! Apricot is great for concealing dark circles, but unlike traditional thick skin tone concealers, its thinner consistency makes it convenient to use as a highlighter too. I'm so satisfied with this product that I can't find any downsides. When using concealer, make sure to use a brush for perfect blemish coverage! If you get lazy and apply it with your fingers, the heat will prevent proper coverage.
