The subtle mint fragrance is so nice. When you close your eyes, you can feel a momentary, fine cooling sensation on the scalp. I've heard that excessive heat on the scalp can be a cause of hair loss, so this product may help manage hair loss to some degree. As an oily-haired person, I usually have to use a sebum-control or exfoliating shampoo, as regular shampoos leave my hair greasy the next day. This product seems to serve that purpose as well.
