Pros
My scalp used to be extremely oily, but just one shampoo wash completely removed the excess oil. I don't even need to wash my hair every other day anymore, and the scalp itchiness has improved significantly.

The refreshing mint scent pierces my nose, and my hair feels thoroughly cleansed and squeaky-clean, giving me a great feeling of freshness. As it's a cool shampoo, my hair feels even more refreshing when I dry it with a fan afterwards!

My hair is on the drier side, so it doesn't get very oily, but I do tend to get a bit of dandruff when it gets dry. My hair is also thick and straight. I'm not particularly sensitive to hair products or shampoos, so I just use whatever is available. I bought this shampoo from Olive Young because it was on sale, and I was curious about the cooling effect. I personally liked it, but I think it might be a bit too harsh for more sensitive people. Even without it getting in my eyes, it still stung a little. With the recent increase in fine dust, this shampoo leaves me feeling refreshed and invigorated. The transparent bottle is also nice because you can easily see how much is left.

There's hardly any lather at all!!! Even though my hair doesn't get that oily, I still expect some decent lather to help wash away impurities. No matter how much I wet my hair, the lather just doesn't come. And like some other reviews mentioned, my hair gets super stiff after using this shampoo... It's like there's suddenly a lot of friction in my hair. I have to use a conditioner or treatment to smooth it out a bit. The cooling sensation was nice, but these two downsides are just too much. I still have about a third of the bottle left, and I'm not sure what to do with it.
Tip
Even though it's marketed as for oily hair, the lack of lather makes me doubt how well it will remove excess oil. Try double shampooing or really working up a good lather when using this.

I'm in the midst of a nomadic lifestyle, trying out various shampoos for my dry scalp. Recently, I've been using Cloranne products a lot as they're on sale at good prices. This particular product is the most creamy and leaves my hair feeling the cleanest. It thoroughly removes all the oil from my hair. The lather is quite abundant considering the ingredients. The subtle mint fragrance is so nice. When you close your eyes, you can feel a momentary, fine cooling sensation on the scalp. I've heard that excessive heat on the scalp can be a cause of hair loss, so this product may help manage hair loss to some degree. As an oily-haired person, I usually have to use a sebum-control or exfoliating shampoo, as regular shampoos leave my hair greasy the next day. This product seems to serve that purpose as well. It cleanses well without leaving any residue. It's a bit stiff when rinsed, but not overly so for an oily hair shampoo. Compared to the product I was using before, which would leave my hair completely tangled until I applied conditioner, this oily hair shampoo is less stiff.

I bought this product after seeing many reviews on Olive Young!! There were a lot of reviews on Hwahae saying the ingredients were not great, so I was hesitant to purchase it, but I decided to try it since individual experiences can vary. After using it, I'm satisfied! Personally, I really like cooling shampoos, and this one feels much more refreshing than other products!! The scent is kind of herbal, but it's not unpleasant!! I didn't get any pimples on my scalp, and the ingredients don't seem to be a major issue for me.

It does a good job of removing oil, but my hair gets really stiff!! I guess you can't have both.
Tip
Using the Ebrosh hair vinegar after shampooing makes my hair quite soft!! If your hair feels too stiff, try using a treatment or hair vinegar along with this shampoo!!

I'd say the cleansing power is a bit too strong... It removed even the little bit of sebum that could have been left behind, so my hair, which is already difficult to brush, became even harder to manage when I had to wash it with this product. That's why I ended up switching shampoos.
