The Ruby Powder Kiss version is really beautiful in color. It's less matte than Ruby, which is truly the best color.
Cons
However, since it is a lipstick, it does cause some flakiness and the lasting power is not that great.

The pigmentation is amazing, and it looks so fluffy and beautiful when applied. It feels more moisturizing than matte, even though it looks matte. I highly recommend this to cool-toned people! It's a red with a slight blueish undertone, not a cherry red or an orange-red. If you have a skin tone around 13-21, you'll look like Snow White when you wear this.
Cons
The longevity is... really bad. It wipes off completely in 3-5 minutes, even if you just use a tissue to remove it. But there are ways to make it last longer!
Tip
Apply it firmly to the inner part of your lips, then blot. Next, lightly dab the lipstick on the outer part of your lips, and apply another layer to the inner part. This will create a beautiful gradient effect!
