I bought it because it was highly praised, but it seems the ingredients are not that great. My lips have become severely chapped.

I also used this and got herpes simplex on my lips. Normally when I'm tired, I tend to get cold sores and herpes simplex, but after applying this, it got extremely severe. It's spreading to my cheeks and jaw.

After using this product for about two days, I developed cheilitis (lip inflammation). I regret purchasing it so much that I wish I could turn back time. I bought it because it was cheap, thinking I could save money, but it seems like there's a reason cheap products are cheap. After developing cheilitis, my quality of life has plummeted. I can't even eat properly - I can't eat food that's even slightly salty, spicy, or acidic, as it causes my lips to itch uncontrollably, swell up like I've had lip fillers, and develop blisters and oozing. I've had to get prescription medication from a dermatologist to manage the symptoms whenever they flare up. Cheilitis has no cure, and the condition hasn't improved even though I've been taking vitamin B2 supplements consistently. Whenever my condition is poor or I eat something that touches my lips (which is unavoidable when eating), the symptoms reappear, causing me immense stress. And the stress only exacerbates the condition, creating an endless cycle. I strongly advise being very careful when purchasing this product. It's not worth even a single star.
