Pros
The lip exfoliator is absolutely amazing - it just glides off so smoothly. When I apply this, hardly any dead skin builds up. And even though it's a very dense formula, it doesn't feel heavy or stuffy, probably because it's been 'Hwahae-d'. The moisturizing effect is great, but I'm really loving the cooling sensation from the 'Hwahae' formula!
Cons
The fragrance may be divisive. Without the fragrance, it would be truly perfect, but the fragrance is a miss.

I found the creamy texture to be quite heavy and difficult to apply, but this product was great as it wasn't too creamy yet still provided good moisture.

The only downside was that it was a bit too cooling...?? But after using it about 3 times, I've gotten used to it and am using it well! In fact, the cooling effect feels refreshing and pleasant. I think people who enjoy the cooling feature will really love it!

I really don't like glossy lip balms because I have oily skin and they tend to be greasy. I prefer slightly sticky lip balms over greasy ones, even though sticky ones can feel a bit stuffy. But this lip balm is really great - it has no greasiness at all! It's a bit sticky at first, but that goes away quickly. And it doesn't feel stuffy or heavy at all, it's actually quite refreshing! I'd recommend this to anyone who hates that stuffy feeling. The lip balm comes in this super cute tiny jar, it's adorable! The most important thing is the moisturizing power. I have a habit of biting my lips, so they're always chapped and bloody. But this product has made my lips so soft and smooth! I'm really satisfied. Though I do need to reapply it often, as the refreshing effect seems to wear off quickly. But even so, it's great at softening those stubborn lip flakes.

But... This product might have a somewhat polarizing scent... I've already been conditioned by using incredibly fragrant lip balms, so I didn't really have any issues with the 'unpleasant smell' thing. But when I asked my brother to try it, he said the scent bothered him a bit...? I'd recommend that those who are sensitive to scents take a good look and consider purchasing it carefully!

I really dislike the stuffy feeling of typical lip balms, so I always go for ones that have a more hydrated feel. This one is just the right amount of hydration, which I love. It also has great moisturizing power and helps exfoliate my lip flakes nicely. The visual appeal is nice too, and the price is great as well. This lip balm is truly flawless.

I've already used 5 tubes of this! When I apply it thickly before bed, there's no stuffy feeling. Vaseline is a bit stuffy, though. In the morning, when I gently rub it, the dead skin cells are softly pushed out.
Cons
While it doesn't cause blemishes, I feel it's a bit heavy to apply during the day, so I don't use it.
Tip
I scoop it out with my fingernails. Since the jar is deep, trying to apply it with the fingertips would get it stuck in the nails, which is unsanitary.
