It's really Hwahae~~~and moisturizing. I recommend applying it thickly and wearing it overnight in the winter. Even normally, just apply it thickly, wait a while, and wipe it off with a tissue, and the dead skin will come out and disappear. I felt it was similar to the stick-type Carmex, but the Bliss Teks lip balm applies more thickly and Hwahae.
Cons
I didn't have any regrets. The scent might be divisive. It's a vanilla + Hwahae balm scent, so some may find it cloying and strange. I liked the scent.

When on sale, the cost-effectiveness is even better. If you apply it generously before bed and wash it off in the morning, your lips will become soft and supple. It feels like there is a slight plumping effect, as if you're a little flushed.

This is the Bliss Tec lip balm that I've settled on after trying many others. (Please excuse the broken lid that I had to quickly fix!) I've tried many other lip balms, but this tube is my favorite! It has a subtle menthol-like ointment scent, almost like Tiger Balm. It feels more like a lip ointment than a typical lip balm. At first, it may feel a bit firm, but after a few uses, it develops a nice, creamy texture that spreads easily without being too greasy. I apply it before bed, and the moisture lasts until morning. The mint ingredient provides a cooling sensation that some may find pleasant or unpleasant, but it's less sticky than other lip masks and very affordable. I've been using this regularly throughout the winter.

This is the best lip balm I've tried so far. I've used various ones like Vaseline, Laneige, and Carmex, but they only moisturize the surface temporarily, and I had to apply a thick layer for a long time to get my lips properly hydrated. This one, however, instantly moisturizes my lips from within, and it also effectively removes my lip flakes. I think this will be great for wearing matte lipstick in the winter, as my lips are a bit thick and wrinkly, and matte lipsticks usually don't work well for me. But with this lip balm, my wrinkles seem to be smoothed out, so I'm excited to try matte lipsticks this winter.

I bought the Hwahae Trial Reviewer's recommendation and it's the best! I originally went to buy a lip mask, but it was too expensive, so I bought the Bliss Tex instead. After trying it, I don't even remember the Jae Dragon lip balm anymore. It's the best!
