It's a classic cool-toned red lip with a pink undertone. It would look great with black hair or an ashy khaki-beige hair color. It's the kind of shade you'd expect to see on fair-skinned idols in middle or high school these days. The packaging is simple. As for the price... well, like many tints nowadays, it's on the pricier side compared to before. I'd recommend buying it as a 1+1 deal - that makes it worth it. If you don't wear much makeup or want a personal recommendation, go for the vibrant and clear shade #3 or the orange-red #5. For a lighter, more mature look, try #1. #2 applies with a natural, slightly subdued vibe. If you're into autumn MLBB shades, I'd recommend this: #1 is a nude light brown #2 is a toned-down nude pink The texture is creamy and moisturizing, not quite matte, but more like poster paint. It seems to go bad quickly over time, developing a spoiled smell. When you open the cap, it looks like there's only about half the amount - it doesn't seem like much product. It's hard to tell exactly how much product you're getting. It seems particularly well-suited for cool-toned individuals with black hair. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinFeb 8, 2023
Even though the color is intense, I can use it with a light hand despite my cool complexion. It looks beautiful when blended with other shades. I bought this before I knew I had a cool complexion. I wish I had chosen a different shade... I regret my purchase. - yn******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedApr 10, 2020
The Hwahae Testers' pick for those with dry, flaky lips amidst the sea of matte lipsticks! This tint isn't just moisturizing like water, but offers a glossy finish with just the right amount of shine. The color is a perfect blend of pink and red. As a light cool-toned person who usually only suits pink, this is the first red lip product that actually works for me. It doesn't apply too intensely, giving a flattering pink stain. While I'm cool-toned, I think those with deeper undertones would look great in this too. I often just wear lip products without other makeup, and this looks natural even on its own. It's obvious you're wearing a tint, but it doesn't make your lips look disconnected from the rest of your face. The applicator has never been messy. Even when I dispense product to control the amount, it comes out cleanly without dripping. I've used up the whole tube without any issues. While it's definitely moisturizing, it feels like the hydration sits on top of the lips. It's like having moist outer lips but dry inner lips. It doesn't emphasize dead skin cells much, but if you want deep lip hydration, a lip balm is a must! The entire Vivid Shine Tint line leans warm with orange undertones. Number 4 was the coolest among them, but I wish this line had more color variety. It's not a true cool tone, which is a bit disappointing... Though I suppose that could be seen as an advantage too. The scent is reminiscent of strawberry syrup. It might be polarizing - I'm not a fan. Moreover, since fragrance is listed as a caution ingredient, I question whether it was really necessary. This lip tint looks prettier as a gradient than applied full-lip. Due to its glossy finish, you can apply it to the inner part of your lips and blend outwards for a beautiful effect. - pj*********Oily SkinSensitive SkinMar 19, 2020
The staying power and color payoff are impressive, keeping the vibrant hue on my lips for a long time. As lips are the most sensitive part of the face, I always look for products with good ingredients. I thought this one had decent ingredients, so I bought it. Unfortunately, it triggered a recurrence of lip eczema and cold sores that I hadn't experienced in a year. I'm really disappointed that the inflammation flared up right after applying this product. - sa******Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 11, 2020
I don't like glossy products, but this one is moisturizing without being shiny. The color applies like a watercolor painting - it's soft and natural. I love that it's not a staining pink shade. The staining lasts too long, which is frustrating when I want to remove it. I guess that's the trade-off for good staying power, isn't it? - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 7, 2019
It applies with a lively and vibrant feel, and goes on so smoothly! Since I prefer light makeup, I think it's perfect for those days when I want a more natural look. There are two things that I found a bit disappointing. First, it tends to emphasize dead skin cells on the lips. While it feels moisturizing at first, after some time, if you lightly touch your lips, it clumps and comes off. Second, I'm not a big fan of matte finishes, they don't really suit me. That's why I always apply this tint along with a lip balm. These two points were the most disappointing for me, unfortunately. Here's a pro tip: apply lip balm before the tint for best results! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMay 18, 2019
The color turned out absolutely gorgeous, exactly what I was looking for, so I bought it without hesitation! The staying power is top-notch too. It smudges so terribly, it's really frustrating. I'm not sure if it's because of my lip shape, but even after some time has passed, if I touch my lips, it transfers a lot and smears everywhere... I think I'll need to use just a tiny amount in the future.
