  At first, I found the scent off-putting, but now it feels refreshing. I used to have a lot of excess oil on my forehead and around my nose, but since using this cucumber toner, it's improved significantly.

  I really love cucumbers, so I enjoy the cucumber scent in this product!

  Cons

  I received this as a sample and tried it out, but oh my... Even though I don't have particularly sensitive skin, it caused an intense tingling sensation. It didn't provide much hydration either. It just felt like I'd applied a cooling gel and was left with a burning sensation. I questioned whether it was truly alcohol-free as claimed, and now looking at the ingredient list, I'm extremely disappointed. The quality of ingredients seems more suited to cheap drugstore cosmetics...

  It feels incredibly gentle on the skin. There's a subtle cucumber scent that doesn't cause any aversion. When applied with a cotton pad, it goes on smoothly without any irritation.

  Cons

  While it applies without irritation, there's no noticeable dramatic effect. It doesn't fully address deep dryness, so I found myself not reaching for it often. As a result, I mainly used it just for wiping with cotton pads. I was surprised when I looked up the ingredients and found phenoxyethanol and parabens high on the list. It seems the gentle feeling was just that - a feeling.

  Light and refreshing feel! I bought the large bottle since it was relatively affordable. The scent is a bit unique, like cucumber?

  Cons

  I bought this because it was recommended for dry skin. Whether it's winter or summer, it causes a burning sensation. Especially after thorough cleansing or double cleansing when I've worn heavy makeup, the area around my eyes burns so much that I want to switch products immediately. I'm still using it because I don't want to waste it, but I wish I could change. I thought at least the ingredients would be good, but they're actually quite disappointing.

  Tip

  I've heard that Kiehl's products can be hit or miss for different people. I switched from Clinique because I didn't like the burning sensation, but this one burns too. For those who do like Kiehl's, the toner with flower petals is much better than this product!
