  The color is incredibly beautiful and cool-toned. Most cool-toned tints usually appear warm on my lips, but this one, perhaps because it's a velvet formula and thicker, maintains its original cool color on my lips, which I absolutely love.

  Cons

  It transfers extremely easily. The staying power is quite weak. It doesn't fade gracefully.

  For me, it seemed to transfer quite a bit. You need to exfoliate dead skin cells before applying for it to look pretty.

  It's so pretty! While it didn't suit me personally, this shade would look absolutely gorgeous on fair-skinned beauties. I had my fair-skinned sister try it on, and it was a perfect match! The texture and fragrance are also delightful.

  Cons

  With Romand, I always seem to like their products at first, but the more I use them, the less impressed I become with their performance. This one tends to pill quite a bit and doesn't sit well on the skin. It also transfers quite heavily...

  Tip

  For the best application, apply it, blot with a tissue, then reapply and blot again. This technique helps it set perfectly!

  First off, my personal color is a light undertone! I bought this product before getting my color analysis done, thinking I was a cool winter type. Even though I was diagnosed with a light undertone, it still works pretty well if I apply a light, bright base and then blend a small amount of this on the inner parts for a nice gradient effect!

  Cons

  Personally, I found the staying power a bit disappointing. I remember it transferring quite a bit onto my mask. I'd say this product would be best suited for those with a light undertone and cool winter complexion.

  If you have cool-toned skin and love velvet textures, this is an absolute must-have lip product! For a foolproof combination, apply a nude base first, then lightly dab Rom&nd's Zero Velvet Tint in 'Icy' on the inner part of your lips.

  Cons

  As with most velvet tints, it does transfer quite a bit onto straws and paper cups. However, it's not a big deal since you can easily touch it up!

  Tip

  For a stunning look, first apply a nude velvet lip color as a base, then blend this on top for a beautiful gradient effect.
