This lip product can be considered suitable for cool-toned individuals, as it was incredibly wonderful! Even though it's my own money, the powdery finish makes it easy for anyone to apply without burden☺️
Cons
The downside is that when applied on heavily exfoliated lips, it can slightly accentuate the flaky texture!

The first time I used it, I was really surprised by how well it glides on... It applies so smoothly, blends beautifully, and leaves a lovely, velvety finish - it's really gorgeous!! I'm still not sure if I'm cool-toned or warm-toned, but people have been telling me that this color makes me look radiant, so I've been using it exclusively lately haha
Cons
It was on a 1+1 sale, so the price was great, and the application, color, and finish are all wonderful, but it does seem to transfer onto my mask, unfortunately :(

Great! I use it daily and it's just the right amount of matte, so it's fluffy and the color is to my liking.
Cons
Not really, it doesn't seem to have washed off too much for me... The only thing is that if you leave it on for too long, the inside of the lips can fade a bit.

It was my first time using Velvet and it was completely fascinating... It felt so soft and fluffy when I applied it... As a cool-toned person, it was a very worthwhile purchase for me...

Pros
This is the best cool-toned lip product. It has a calm plum pink color. If I could only use one lip product for the rest of my life, I think I would choose this one! It has a nice powdery finish, and while there is some transfer with masks these days, it's still a product I really like. 👍 I highly recommend this for anyone with a cool skin tone, no matter the season.
Cons
The only downside is that the longevity is a bit weak, so it wears off quickly. And the mask transfer is a bit heavy. But other than that, I don't really see any other issues. Highly recommended! 👍
