Pros
As it's a natural shampoo, you might expect it not to lather well. However, this Lush product creates a rich lather and cleanses thoroughly. You don't need a separate scalp exfoliator as it doesn't leave any residue on the scalp. While I may have lost some of my hair's softness after using Lush New, I feel like I've gained a cleaner scalp. During seasonal changes, I used to experience dandruff and occasional intense itching after washing my hair. Now, with the combination of New and Nizoral (a pharmacy medication), I no longer have dandruff or itchy scalp!
Cons
When used alone, it leaves the hair extremely stiff. I strongly recommend purchasing the treatment bar along with it. Without it, your hair texture will be out of this world stiff!
Tip
The treatment bar is absolutely essential after using the shampoo bar! Since it's expensive to buy in Korea, I plan to order directly from Lush UK after using this product.

Pros
Leaves skin squeaky clean and doesn't come in a plastic container. I bought it based on recommendations for travel-friendly options.
Cons
The scent is as intense as tiger balm, which is quite overwhelming. While sodium laureth sulfate allows for powerful cleansing, I'm not thrilled about this ingredient either.
Tip
Try the rinse bar instead! That one's great!

Pros
Rubbing the shampoo bar on my head was fun. The good things... well, there weren't really any. I guess it just felt like it was cleaning thoroughly? But after using this, I developed a severe case of folliculitis.
Cons
For the first two or three days of use, everything seemed fine. It felt like it was cleaning thoroughly. But before a week had even passed, I started getting tons of blemishes on my scalp. Lots of scabs formed too. It became so unbearable that after just a week of use, I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with folliculitis. I immediately switched shampoos. That one mistake caused me to suffer for over two to three months. When I thought the folliculitis had improved and stopped using medication, it came back, though less severely than before. It's okay now, but seriously, one wrong choice ended up costing me so much more in both money and time.
Tip
The best tip is not to use it at all.

Pros
When the seasons change, I often get an itchy scalp, but using Newro shampoo makes it disappear completely. After washing, it feels incredibly refreshing! My scalp feels squeaky clean.
Cons
After checking the Hwahae app, I realized the ingredients weren't as gentle as I thought. Also, the scent isn't great... For going out, you'll need a conditioner with a nicer fragrance.

Pros
After trying various shampoos (including other Lush shampoo bars), I've settled on this one. It lathers well and leaves my hair feeling squeaky clean. I love how it thoroughly cleanses my hair with that satisfying 'squeaky' sound.
Cons
Being a shampoo bar, it's similar to soap in that you need to dry it well after use to make it last longer.
Tip
They say it's not good to use the same shampoo continuously, so I occasionally switch to a different one. When I come back to this, I'm reminded why New is my favorite. It just works so well for me.

Pros
The scent is lovely. It's rare to find a product with such a pleasant fragrance... it smells like a dentist's office, like dental disinfectant. It lathers up surprisingly well and leaves your hair feeling squeaky clean. That's great news for those with oily hair!
Cons
As someone who bleaches their hair every 3 weeks or so, I'm used to putting my hair through a lot. While I've never had issues with my hair breaking off or melting, I recently noticed increased hair loss, so I decided to give this a try. The sales assistant even claimed it was effective for hair loss... However, after using it for about a month, I haven't noticed any significant changes. The amount of hair I'm losing hasn't really decreased. Some reviews mentioned it helped with contact dermatitis or skin irritation around the hairline, but despite having blemishes in that area myself, I haven't seen any improvement. What's more, it seems to strip hair color faster than other shampoos I've used. Lastly, I'm puzzled about why they felt the need to add color to the shampoo. It's not like you get pink lather when you use it. What was the point of that?

Pros
The cinnamon gives a refreshing sensation when washing your hair. It leaves your scalp feeling clean and invigorated!
Cons
The downside of shampoo bars is always the same... They soften when left in damp places. While the soap-like format is more convenient than regular liquid shampoo, it can also be inconvenient at times.
Tip
If your home tends to be dry, keep it in a well-draining case in the bathroom. If your home is humid, avoid storing it in the bathroom altogether!

Squeaky clean feeling and super convenient since it's a shampoo bar - just rub it on your head and you're good to go!
Cons
Caution for those with seborrheic dermatitis, stress, or heat-prone scalps. Two years ago, I used it for two months without issues, but this time, my scalp was constantly itchy even after washing. Hair loss was so severe I had to get medication from a dermatologist. I've never had thinning hair before, but now I'm completely stressed about hair loss. If you experience similar symptoms, be careful and avoid this product.

Pros
It feels great when you lather it up and apply it to your scalp - so refreshing and clean! I also love that it doesn't take up much space.
Cons
It's so concentrated that it produces too much foam. The price is also quite steep.
