It's said to be good for hair loss and lathers well. I found it convenient and easy to use. The scent isn't particularly pleasant, but you can get used to it... I bought this because it's supposed to be good for hair loss. Heard it reduces hair fall when washing. The scent is really off-putting. It smells a bit like a dentist's office...? Doesn't seem like cinnamon at all, unfortunately.

I really liked this shampoo bar. It lathers up well and feels effective. While it does make your hair feel a bit stiffer compared to regular liquid shampoo, it seems to cleanse thoroughly. After using it in a mesh bag and hanging it up, I noticed some discoloration where the suds had dripped. As it's a natural shampoo, you might expect it not to lather well. However, this Lush product creates a rich lather and cleanses thoroughly. You don't need a separate scalp exfoliator as it doesn't leave any residue on the scalp. While I may have lost some of my hair's softness after using Lush New, I feel like I've gained a cleaner scalp. During seasonal changes, I used to experience dandruff and occasional intense itching after washing my hair. Now, with the combination of New and Nizoral (a pharmacy medication), I no longer have dandruff or itchy scalp! When used alone, it leaves the hair extremely stiff. I strongly recommend purchasing the treatment bar along with it. Without it, your hair texture will be out of this world stiff! The treatment bar is absolutely essential after using the shampoo bar! I love that it doesn't have a chemical scent or plastic feel. The cleansing effectiveness is great too! After rinsing, my hair feels a bit stiff. If you don't store it properly, it disappears quickly, unfortunately.
