Wow, I've already spent over $500 on skincare for my blemishes and uneven texture, but even with all those expensive products, I wasn't seeing any improvement. But finally, I've found something that works! I actually can't use cica products, which are known to be good for acne, so I turned to this instead. I never expected such dramatic results after just two days of use! I was worried because other reviews said to use only a tiny amount, but I applied a bit more generously and it worked even better for me (that's how stubborn my skin issues were). I only use it at night. For my skincare routine, I apply Torriden serum and cream, followed by Sidmool cream. Then I lightly layer on a panthenol cream all over. Since my forehead absorbs product so quickly, I barely notice I've applied anything there. So for that area only, I use a Daiso product. The smell... well, since there are no added fragrances, you get the product's natural scent. It's not the best. My forehead absorbs product super fast and gets extremely dry later, so I apply an extra layer of the Daiso product there. - jo********Dry SkinRecommendedMay 22, 2025
It's a solid choice and I like it! Even with my dry skin, there's no deep dryness after application. It's not exactly unscented... There seems to be a distinct fragrance, which I personally don't find appealing. - wj********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsMay 16, 2025
I bought it because I was suffering from excessive sebum, acne, and blackheads due to a lot of stress. Hmm... it seems a bit oily, so it might be moisturizing for dry skin? The effect was completely ineffective and greasy... The product and money were a waste. - da********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMar 28, 2025
After a period without acne, unfortunately it's back ㅠㅠ Due to increased night shifts lately ㅠㅠ Suddenly, whiteheads and milia appeared all over my mouth area, chin, and cheeks. The whiteheads became inflamed, turning red... eventually developing into inflammatory acne with scarring ㅠㅠ So I started looking for ways to get rid of whiteheads and milia. Dermatologist peels didn't work... Liliad injections only helped for a month before breakouts returned... and dermatologist acne treatments just seemed to squeeze without much effect ㅠㅠ Then I remembered reading somewhere that acne-prone skin often has clogged oil passages, leading to oil buildup and inflammation! So I bought this product because it claims to open up pores (it even has AHA and BHA!). Since applying too much can cause facial burns, I only used a pinky nail-sized amount morning and night! When oil appeared, I blotted with oil blotting paper and reapplied a slightly moisturizing sunstick every 3-4 hours! When applied before bed, by morning the white sebum trapped in the skin texture would surface, so I gently removed it with cleansing milk. Although I still have some textured skin ㅠ I'm happy that many of the milia and whiteheads have disappeared ㅠㅠㅠ It's a bit oily ㅠ So in the morning, there's some oil on my chin, nasolabial folds, and T-zone... But it also feels dry at the same time. Also, since Houttuynia cordata extract doesn't agree with me well, I'm worried about side effects and only applying a little bit at a time... I wish they would remove the Houttuynia cordata ingredient I'm currently using: Witch Factory Cleansing Milk Sidmool Dr. Troub Cleansing Foam Round Lab Dokdo Toner Sidmool Centella Skin Essence Zeroid Soothing Cream After absorbing all of these! I apply just a pinky nail-sized amount of Sidmool Dr. Troub Pore Opener Cream - ia***************Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedFeb 20, 2025
A staple in my routine for years. Great for testing skin tolerance before introducing AHA or BHA products. As I have oily skin, it can feel a bit greasy... However, it works well when applied before bed. Try mixing it with Sidmool Gospot Cream for best results! - 76*****Dry SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 25, 2025
I've been using this product for over 4 years now. It's incredibly effective at improving rough skin texture and cleaning out pores. When I slather on a generous amount of this pore cream as the final step in my nighttime skincare routine, I can truly feel the difference in my skin texture the next morning. It's amazing how it calms sudden blemishes - it's absolutely incredible! If I had to point out one drawback, it would be the slightly odd scent. However, you don't notice it once it's applied. When I apply a generous amount of this pore cream as the final step in my evening skincare routine, I can really feel the difference in my skin texture the next morning. - 95******Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 25, 2024
With AHA, BHA, panthenol, and ceramides as the main ingredients, this exfoliating treatment also offers a soothing effect. My skin has been transitioning back to oily lately, so BHA is essential. While the results aren't dramatically instant, it's gentle enough for daily use and helps maintain my skin. I wish it contained more BHA. It's frustrating how low the BHA content standards are in Korean skincare. How are those of us with oily skin supposed to manage? This seems like a great product to use during the winter months. - ki********Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessAug 17, 2024
The one and only champion in this arena - sebum removal. It's so effective at removing sebum that you can clearly see the emptied pores. If you're wary of sebum softeners or find them cumbersome, this might be worth trying at least once. 1. It's excessively rich and absorbs slowly. For an exfoliating product, it's quite oily. While it removes sebum, it simultaneously adds oil, potentially creating a vicious cycle. I wish it was less rich. 2. It doesn't tighten pores. Being a cream, I thought it might nourish and fill in pores, but it only removes dead skin cells. As a result, you need to apply a pore serum or hydrating ampoule before this cream. Despite being designed for oily skin, its richness makes me hesitant to use it regularly. If you insist on using this product, apply it right after your toner, then follow up with a hydrating pad or hyaluronic acid to finish your routine. - se*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 12, 2024
This product effectively removes dead skin cells while also providing hydration When I first purchased and used it, it seemed to work well, making my skin smooth. However, upon my second purchase, I noticed little to no effect. Additionally, the scent isn't particularly pleasant - do******Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 29, 2024
Skin type: Combination dehydrated skin (dry U-zone, oily T-zone) Occasional blemishes, sensitive skin that flares up during seasonal changes, concerned about pores in the butterfly zone Soft and smooth skin texture Thanks to its exfoliating ingredients, it allows for daily dead skin cell care, and definitely makes your skin feel velvety smooth! Less sebum buildup in pores! For those of us blessed with excess oil, managing whiteheads and blackheads is crucial. This product truly reduces sebum accumulation! No skin irritation! It doesn't cause any flare-ups! Buy one, get one free! They always have this amazing deal! The slightly thick texture can cause pilling if used before makeup. It doesn't provide dramatic exfoliation - it's more of a daily use product! I apply this cream in a thin layer and then use functional skincare products on top! It feels like it enhances absorption!
