The scent lingers subtly, and while it's floral, it's not your typical fragrance. It has a spicy note that sets it apart, yet true to its name, it's still floral, giving you that familiar feeling like you've encountered it somewhere before. It seems more suited for cooler weather than hot days, and might appeal more to a mature audience rather than younger wearers. With just a light spritz, the lingering scent is quite pleasant, so I'm adding an extra star for that. It's floral, but not the rose scent we might expect. I've realized I'm not fond of grapefruit notes in fragrances. To be precise, when I smell grapefruit in perfumes, it can make me feel a bit nauseous if I'm not feeling well. This one has grapefruit in its top notes too. Remember, fragrances are very personal, so make sure to test it before buying. I'm considering layering it with other scents. Using just a tiny amount makes it more tolerable. - yq******Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsJan 22, 2025
The fragrance projects well and has excellent longevity. I sprayed it on my clothes, and the scent lasted for over three days. The scent wasn't to my taste. It has a powdery and floral aroma that comes across as quite intense, heavy, and rich. This perfume seems suited for a woman with a feminine, classic, and mature image. - 9r********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 28, 2024
The fragrance is just right for me - not too light, not too heavy. I spray it daily. Even when I apply it in the morning, the scent lasts until evening. It's quite expensive. Younger people might find it a bit too intense for their taste. - mj****Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 2, 2024
This is my absolute favorite perfume. I was sniffing fragrances at the department store until my nose couldn't take it anymore. Then, as a last attempt, I tried this one... At first, I thought, 'Oh, this is nice too,' but the lingering scent was completely my style. I ended up impulse buying it at duty-free. Now I spray it every day - I wish I could just call it my natural body scent! The longevity isn't particularly impressive. And there's no denying it's quite expensive... - dl*********Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 2, 2024
A perfect cold rose scent for the depths of winter. It's like a black rose, great for setting a mood. I used to dislike rose fragrances, but Rose of No Man's Land changed my mind. This scent might be polarizing. Always test a fragrance before purchasing. It's absolutely killer when paired with an all-black outfit. - Hwahae UserOily SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsNov 7, 2023
I love the cool yet intense rose scent. It's quite strong though. It's a bit too intense for my liking. I don't think I could wear this in summer. - Hwahae UserDry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 14, 2023
It has a unique fragrance. It's unisex, with a lingering musk in the base notes. To me, it evokes memories of the scent from public bathhouses I visited as a child. The fragrance becomes quite intense if you spray it more than twice, so I'd recommend limiting it to just two spritzes to avoid overwhelming yourself. The scent differs somewhat from the hand cream version. Personally, I prefer the perfume. - Hwahae UserDry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 7, 2023
I'm thoroughly enjoying this perfume I received as a gift. I feel that those who typically appreciate floral scents could use this without any reservations. The rose fragrance seemed more unique and special compared to ordinary rose scents. While it would make a lovely gift, the price tag of 260,000 won is quite steep for a personal purchase. - lo***********Normal SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesRecommendedSep 13, 2023
The fragrance is absolutely divine! It's like... a rose scent? But not your typical rose - it's unique enough that you might not even recognize it as rose if not told. It's a bit artificial, so if you're not into that, you might not love it. But honestly, regardless of gender, everyone should just spray this on. The scent is incredible! The lasting power is fantastic too. Everything about it is just wonderful. The bottle is beautiful, and the packaging is absolutely gorgeous... It's so luxurious! The price...? I don't know, it's just really, really expensive... Painfully expensive... - wa********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 21, 2023
Usually, we sample fragrances or learn about their notes before purchasing, right? But with this scent, although I knew it had rose notes, I bought it blindly after learning about its inspiration and meaning. The fragrance initially hits you with antiseptic and metallic notes, but later leaves quite an appealing and charming trail. The lingering rose scent is more like a fresh rose rather than a powdery or cosmetic-like rose fragrance. In terms of sillage, I'd give it a perfect 5 out of 5, and for longevity, about 4 out of 5. A bit of extra information: This perfume honors the altruism and professional dedication of nurses during World War I. It expresses the cold metallic scent of weapons and hospital antiseptic, while also capturing the fleeting moments of life and death in the midst of a brutal war. Despite it all, time relentlessly moves forward, seasons change, and a delicate rose scent emerges defiantly. Ironically, from humanity's most tragic and senseless war, we gained masterpieces from artists like Picasso, philosophical insights from Wittgenstein's 'Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus' (written when he was drafted as a first-year university student, with none of his seniors surviving), and even the concept of algorithms from Alan Turing's wartime code-breaking efforts (leading to the Turing machine, the predecessor of modern computers). Similarly, Rose of No Man's Land was born to commemorate the nurses of that era. The initial strong antiseptic scent made me hesitant to use it regularly. However, last summer, I found the lingering rose notes that cut through the heat quite appealing. I now think it's a suitable summer fragrance, though the top notes might be challenging for some at first.
