The soothing effect isn't that noticeable... I'm just using it without much thought. Maybe its main advantage is that it's affordable among mugwort essences?! Seems like buying COSRX products on 11st Street is the cheapest option.
ConsThe finish isn't fresh. It doesn't feel oily, but it somehow gives an oily sensation... The scent is also a bit off-putting. It leaves behind a smell that's reminiscent of sebum.
TipAs I mentioned above, it's most cost-effective to buy it on 11st Street using discount coupons.

Last winter, thanks to the fine dust crisis, I ended up with combination dehydrated skin, super sensitive skin, and adult acne all at once. To top it off, even though I'm a man, I have fairly light skin, so any redness shows up very clearly. I tried everything - dermatologist prescriptions, various products, and even completely overhauled my skincare routine when my usual products stopped working. Then I heard that mugwort is great for calming redness, so I decided to give this product a try. 1. Calming redness After using it as both a toner and a skin pack for 4 days, the redness around my mouth area has noticeably calmed down. Right after using it as a skin pack, my complexion looked brighter. 2. Gentle formula It's not irritating at all, even with continued use, making it great for long-term application.
Cons1. Price It's just... wickedly expensive. 2. Acne, especially pustules and those stubborn, deep pimples that won't pop - it has zero effect on those.
TipI found that using Cynic First Treatment as a booster, followed by this product as a skin pack for about 5-7 minutes, really helped improve my complexion.
