I've been using this product for years, but sadly it's been discontinued. It was the best for calming blemishes that popped up in the summer. Just applying it would make them disappear like magic. I miss it so much! It works fine as long as you don't apply too much. If you overdo it, you might experience some pilling. - ca*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 1, 2023
I love the Scinic Single Origin Essence, but is it discontinued? It's hard to find. Unlike before, it's no longer sold on 11st Street, which really disappoints me. - ma*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 6, 2022
It's fragrance-free, flows like water, and feels moisturizing when applied. I personally love it! During winter, I found it a bit lacking in richness, which was somewhat disappointing to use. When your skin needs extra hydration, soak a cotton pad with it and leave it on until dry. It has a soothing effect too. - ge****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 19, 2022
It's incredibly moisturizing and hydrating. This is a product I always repurchase. I can't really think of any downsides. The amount is generous and I absolutely love it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 8, 2022
I've lost count of how many bottles I've gone through... I highly recommend this for those with sensitive, dry skin. In spring and fall, it's been a huge help in managing skin issues caused by seasonal changes, fine dust, and pollen. It's great for summer too, allowing you to skip the ampoule step. In winter, it's even more perfect as the first step right after cleansing. The price point is a bit high, which is unfortunate. However, when you consider its performance, I think it offers good value for money. When my face is super sensitive, I keep reapplying this at night. And make sure to pat it in with your hands, not a cotton pad! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedMay 31, 2022
I think Scinic makes the best essences. This is my first time trying this one, and it seems even better for applying when my skin feels dry. There wasn't anything disappointing about it. Each Scinic essence has its own unique strengths. - hi*****Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 30, 2022
I usually prefer creams or emulsions over essence-type products as they're easier to apply. However, this one has such great hydration that I don't even need to pat it in once or twice at night. Just smooth it on, and it absorbs quickly, leaving my skin silky smooth by morning. My skin tends to overproduce oil the next day if the oil and moisture balance isn't right, but with this product alone, without any emulsion, I wake up with perfectly balanced, dewy skin. It works hard to maintain that ideal oil and moisture balance. The container is a bit heavy. Other than that, I don't have any complaints! - fo*****Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 30, 2022
As expected from a first essence, it has a hydrating water-like texture that effectively combats deep dryness As someone who prefers transparent products, I'm a bit disappointed with the color. However, I can overlook it since it's so soothing It works wonders for calming the skin when it's feeling sensitive - mu********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedMar 21, 2022
I loved that it's made entirely from mugwort extract, which seemed to have great soothing effects and provided excellent hydration! The container was a bit on the heavy side, making it slightly inconvenient to hold and use - ku*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRednessRecommendedMar 9, 2022
Just the scent alone makes me feel like my skin is getting healthier! It seems great to use as an exfoliating toner. It's a bit tricky to control the amount. The wide opening makes it pour out too quickly...
