The cleansing effectiveness is so good that my scalp feels fresh and clean after washing, making it especially recommendable for oily scalps like mine. True to Chahong products, the fragrance is lovely - a subtle floral scent that's not overpowering. While my hair feels slightly stiffer afterwards, I appreciate how refreshed it makes me feel. There's no irritation to the scalp at all, and it's very gentle.

Since it's an anti-hair loss shampoo that leaves your hair squeaky clean, it's best to follow up with a rich conditioner, hair mask, or hair ampoule after use

1. Packaging:
The size is just right, and I like that the pump can be locked when not in use.

2. Ingredients:
While the Hwahae ingredient list might seem to have many potentially harmful components, nothing particularly stood out as problematic. The menthol content is minimal, so you don't get an intense cooling sensation after rinsing, just a mild refreshing feel. It seems to be well-balanced.
During the two weeks of use, I didn't experience any scalp issues like breakouts or itching.
