Pros
It's moisturizing and has a nice bouncy texture, which is expected given the hyaluronic acid content. While it didn't work for me personally, many of my friends consider it a staple. They have dry to combination dehydrated skin, whereas I have oily-combination and sensitive skin, which might explain the difference in our experiences. I once applied this and then dropped five drops of serum, mixed it with toner, and patted it on twice - it was just perfect.
Cons
But at some point, it just didn't work for me anymore.. 😢 My skin started producing so much oil.. Ugh.. After that, it's been an oily mess.. ....... Even though I have good memories of it working well before, when I try it again, my skin just produces too much oil.

A pleasant watery toner. It's really nice and gentle. I bought it in a hurry without realizing it was a watery type, and it's not suitable for wiping with cotton pads as it gets absorbed, being a hydrating type. It's like a runny essence. When you apply it, the moisture lasts for a long time. A little goes a long way to cover the entire face, so it lasts a long time.
Cons
Personally, I don't like watery-type skin toners, and when I layered this one thickly on a cotton pad for a toner pack, it caused a breakout of small bumps ㅜㅜ That's why I took off two stars. The slippery feeling somehow seems to have caused the bumps. Be careful when doing a toner pack with this ㅜㅜ
