Pros
It's moisturizing and has a nice bouncy texture, which is expected given the hyaluronic acid content. While it didn't work for me personally, many of my friends consider it a staple. They have dry to combination dehydrated skin, whereas I have oily-combination and sensitive skin, which might explain the difference in our experiences. If you have non-sensitive and dry skin, this product might be a good fit for you.
Cons
After applying, I experienced itchiness, and I kept getting breakouts. When used before makeup, it causes pilling. It feels like it doesn't absorb well and just sits on top of the skin. I think this is why I kept developing blemishes.

The large size is great, and for a toner, it's quite concentrated. It works well when applied with a cotton pad to cleanse the face.
Cons
When applied directly to the face without a cotton pad, it doesn't absorb well, feels sticky, and tends to pill. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to suit my skin.

It seems I'm using the product before the packaging was changed... Haha. When the hyaluronic acid toner trend was at its peak, there were a few famous lines, but the reason I keep using Isntree is: 1. It really feels like hyaluronic acid (not a watery toner, but a smooth one) 2. It deeply hydrates the skin (it helps with inner dryness) 3. It layers well (more than 3 layers doesn't seem to cause any issues) 4. It's not too slippery, just the right amount of slip to move on to the next step 5. It's perfect for a nighttime routine I've settled on this toner friend haha. Please don't discontinue it!
