Pros
It's moisturizing and has a nice bouncy texture, which is expected given the hyaluronic acid content. While it didn't work for me personally, many of my friends consider it a staple. They have dry to combination dehydrated skin, whereas I have oily-combination and sensitive skin, which might explain the difference in our experiences. If you have non-sensitive and dry skin, this product might be a good fit for you.

After applying, I experienced itchiness, and I kept getting breakouts. When used before makeup, it causes pilling. It feels like it doesn't absorb well and just sits on top of the skin. I think this is why I kept developing blemishes.

I love how moisturizing and firm it feels on my skin. It's also quite affordable when you catch it on sale!

Pros
It's so moisturizing and supple...... This is the toner that I've emptied the most bottles of!! Around the time when I'm running out of toner, I lazily browse through the top 10 Hwahae rankings and buy the cheapest one, but even this is the toner I always end up returning to when I'm too lazy to do that! It's also a large size, so I'm very satisfied with being able to use the toner generously:)

Pros
The skin has a viscous texture and feels moisturized and supple after application! There is no stickiness at all after absorption, and it feels refreshing. It's great to use regardless of the season, and I think it's a must-have, especially in the winter.
Cons
If you have severely dry skin, it may become dry again after a short while.

For those with thin and easily dry skin, it's good to apply it twice and let it absorb fully.

Pros
I struggled a lot with skin troubles when I was a student, but at that time I was recommended this toner and have been using it consistently for over 5 years! You can feel how good of a product it is just from the duration of use. First of all, the texture is a runny liquid. When applied with a patting motion, the immediate hydration is great, and when wiped off, it's gentle and less irritating than water-based toners. The biggest advantage of this product is the good ingredients, which is why it doesn't cause any breakouts! Of course, those who don't agree with hyaluronic acid should avoid it, but fortunately it worked well for me. I recommend this to those with acne-prone and oily skin types!
Cons
The bottle cap is the twist-open type, and when I borrowed my sibling's toner, which had a one-touch cap, it was so much more convenient to open and close! The twist-open isn't extremely inconvenient, but it would be great if this product also had a more user-friendly cap design.
Tip
Try using this as a toner pack by soaking a cotton pad generously. The hydration is amazing.

Compared to the Dokdo Skin, this one is a bit more dense and bouncy. So the moisture seems to last much longer, so I think it would be good for people with severe dry skin like me to use.
