If it wasn't specifically for the eye area, I would have used it as an excellent serum for my whole face. Overall, it absorbs really well, leaving my skin feeling fresh.
ConsMaybe because I'm used to applying heavier eye creams, I find it necessary to follow up with a moisturizer after using this.

Texture: It's a serum, not a cream, so it has a fluid consistency! That's why it feels light and refreshing when applied. Sometimes heavy eye creams can cause milia, which is stressful, but this product feels lightweight while still providing hydration, so I think it can be used without worry. 2. Absorption: When I apply oily or heavy products, they tend to absorb slowly and feel like they're sitting on top of the skin, but this product absorbs quickly, which is great! 3. Moisture: Even a small amount can lightly and effectively care for dry eye areas, leaving them feeling hydrated.
Cons1. Volume: When I first saw it, I was surprised by how small it was! Compared to other products, it has less volume for the price, so I think it might run out quickly.

When I think of eye creams, I usually imagine something super rich, but this one feels quite refreshing. It seems perfect for preventing wrinkles rather than treating existing ones. It keeps the delicate skin around my eyes hydrated and prevents dryness!
ConsThe price is a bit steep considering the amount you get. However, since it's an eye cream, you only need to use a little at a time, so it lasts longer than you might expect!

No milia appeared around my eyes. I even applied it all over my face - it's a serum that works well for the entire face. Eye creams need to be applied consistently to be effective, but what's the point if you have to stop using them due to milia, no matter how good they are? In that sense, I liked that this is a product I can use consistently. - Clean ingredients Looking at the ingredient list, there aren't many, and the composition is streamlined, which I personally like. I appreciate that they didn't add unnecessary whitening ingredients and focused solely on anti-wrinkle components. - Fragrance-free. Absolutely love it. - Pump bottle. Absolutely love it. So convenient to use.
Cons- Expensive for the amount (deducted one star) With this texture, I'm likely to use it generously. In fact, I am using it liberally. Considering that, the price of $39 seems high. Given the target age group, the price point might be a barrier for some. - No other drawbacks with the product itself. For those who think this price is reasonable for an eye product, they'll likely be satisfied with it.
TipIf they had a sale... and plastered the packaging and displays with clinical trial results showing its effectiveness, offering it in the mid-$20 range, I'd be really tempted.

It's my first time using an eye serum after only using eye creams. Due to recent blemishes, I've avoided eye creams with heavy textures, so I was pleased to find this concentrated serum formula. Throughout my use, it left my skin feeling fresh without causing any irritation, making it a product I'd consider repurchasing.
ConsThere's not much to complain about. I think it would be great for those like me who prefer a light, refreshing texture. However, it might be a bit drying for those with dry skin.

As someone with combination dehydrated skin that produces excessive sebum, I often get small blemishes. I avoid using cosmetics that feel even slightly sticky or greasy, as they make my skin feel uncomfortable and I worry about breakouts. This product has a runny, mucus-like texture that feels incredibly fresh. It's not so liquid that it drips, but it's not thick either. It's perfect for those like me with oily skin who find typical heavy eye creams burdensome, but are concerned about eye area elasticity and dark circles if they don't use anything. When you apply it, there's a slight cooling sensation that feels refreshing. It fills the eye area with hydration without any stickiness. It's adequately moisturizing and absorbs well. I appreciate that it's fragrance-free, which makes it feel pure and non-irritating. Two pumps are enough to cover the entire eye area on both sides. While eye creams require consistent use to see results, and I haven't noticed major differences yet, I love the fresh, moisturizing feel and the gentle formula that doesn't cause blemishes. It's definitely more suitable for preventing aging rather than significantly improving deep wrinkles and dark circles. It's a safe and comfortable product to use.
ConsThis might not be suitable for those with dry skin types or very dry eye areas with wrinkles. The light and fresh texture means it's not recommended for those who prefer rich and heavy formulas.

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsThis is a review from The Hwahae Testers. As someone with super sensitive skin, I usually get small blemishes all over my face the day after using anti-aging products. Even with high-end eye products, I get irritation under my eyes. So I decided to avoid cream-based formulas. The Vichy Minéral 89 Eyes Super Lifting Eye Serum has a clear, thin, and lightweight texture. It's less irritating to the eye area, which I'm really happy about. No blemishes and it feels fresh, making it great for fall and especially perfect for summer. It doesn't pill under makeup either, which is a big plus.
ConsThe size is quite small. Usually, eye products come in 30ml, allowing for long-term use. However, the Vichy Minéral 89 Eyes Super Lifting Eye Serum is only 15ml. It might last about a month and a half if used sparingly. So, from a price perspective, it's not exactly budget-friendly.
TipAfter using my fermented toner (Fresh), I immediately apply this Vichy Minéral 89 Eye Serum. You don't need to pump out a lot - just one long squeeze is enough. Then, dab half of it in small dots around your eye area and gently spread it out.

Non-irritating Absolutely no stinging or irritation when applied around the eyes. Also fragrance-free! 2. Moisturizing, fresh, and lightweight application (not heavy or sticky!) The texture is incredibly pleasing. Spreads smoothly and hydrates well. Usually, eye products, whether essence, gel, or cream, can be a bit thick and heavy, but this one applies fresh and light. And the best part? It's not sticky at all! A texture that all skin types will love. 3. A little goes a long way This seems to be an extension of the texture's characteristics. Just one pump is enough for application. At first, not knowing better, I pumped three times and ended up applying it all over my face.
ConsTo be honest, there weren't any drawbacks. I don't have wrinkles around my eyes, but I do have severe dark circles. After using one bottle, if it helps improve my dark circles, I'm willing to purchase it with my own money.

I'm usually too lazy to use eye cream, so I've never done any eye care. But I won a chance to try this product. The serum has a watery, hydrating texture that absorbs quickly. It's not too rich, which gives a refreshing feel that I really like.
ConsI was shocked by the small amount. At this rate, I feel like I'll use it up in no time. Most importantly, I'm disappointed that I got blemishes around my eyes the day after using it. The ingredients seem gentle, so I'm not sure what didn't agree with my skin...
TipFor those who find it suitable, I think it would be great to apply this serum on your eye area and face after toner. It's really hydrating and lightweight, so it might also work well before applying your moisturizer.

Even though I have dry skin, I don't prefer overly rich products, so this one is perfect for me. It's refreshing yet sufficiently hydrating, and the effects last for quite a while. - It's light but provides ample hydration. That's why I can apply it before makeup in the morning without any pilling. My eye area is particularly dry, often causing makeup to flake in fall and winter, but I think this winter won't be an issue. - The pump dispenser makes it easy to control the amount. The slightly runny texture suits the pump format well. Especially in winter, when I often reapply while on the go, it's convenient to carry and minimizes waste.
Cons- Like most eye products, the quantity is small. Although it's not too little for a product used sparingly, it's still a bit disappointing. - If my skin becomes drier in winter, this might be a bit too light for nighttime eye care. It's more water-based than oil-rich, so those with very dry skin might need an eye cream with more emollients.
Tip- For those who, like me, have the misconception that eye care products are only for nighttime use, try using this in the morning too. It absorbs quickly and while moisturizing, it's refreshing enough that it won't cause your makeup to pill or flake.
