ConsIt may be a bit drying to use on its own. For dry skin, it would likely work well when used together with other products.

Until my early to mid-20s, I lived a life far from dryness and wrinkles, but as I approach my 30th birthday, it seems my skin type is changing. I really dislike dryness and tightness, but what I dislike even more is rich, creamy-type creams. My skin is not sensitive, so I'm not too picky when choosing skincare products, but I often use Vichy products because they are gentle and the finish is always good. I first learned about the Vichy Mineral 89 eye serum through the Hwahae Trial Reviewer! To start with the result, this product perfectly suits my preference, which is to avoid rich, sticky finishes :) When it comes to Vichy, the first thing that comes to mind is the abundant minerals, right? I've been using the Vichy mist for years, and it's one of my holy grail products - it not only has a soothing effect but also provides great hydration. ❤️Hydration and Soothing The Vichy Mineral 89 eye serum I tried this time also seems to be an excellent product in terms of hydration and soothing. As I mentioned earlier, my skin has become dull as I approach the age of 30. Even in the hot summer, I feel dryness inside, and during the changing seasons like these days, no matter how diligently I provide moisture and apply products, the tightness in my skin becomes really severe. Especially around the delicate eye area... You know what I mean, don't you? Wrinkles form more easily, and on days when my skin is sensitive, it can even turn red after cleansing. That's why eye care products are so crucial, but I've been hesitant to use them because I dislike the rich feeling. In the case of the Vichy Mineral 89 eye serum I tried through the Hwahae Trial Reviewer, it's incredibly lightweight. As it's a serum, not a cream, the application is great, and the finish is also excellent. And the most important part - the hydration and soothing effect! I'm very satisfied with this aspect as well. After using it consistently for 2 weeks, the tightness and redness have definitely improved. In the afternoon, wrinkles used to gradually appear around my eyes, but It also seems to be reducing wrinkles. Gently patting on the appropriate amount morning and evening helps a lot. It doesn't pill under makeup either! ❤️Improvement of Dark Circles I have a lot of aegyo-sal (under-eye fat pads) and my skin is quite thin, so even when I'm a little tired, dark circles show up significantly. And I already had some dark circles to begin with. Even if I diligently use concealer and do my makeup, by the evening the darkness comes back up, and forget about going bare-faced! I've tried everything, including eating salmon, but when I was learning makeup, the instructor told me that if I want to reduce dark circles a bit before an important day, providing hydration through a mask can help. The Vichy eye serum product description also mentions improving dark circles, and sure enough, with the improved hydration, I do feel this area has improved to some degree as well. Since I'm the type who is prone to dark circles more than others, the effect wasn't dramatic, but it does seem a bit lighter than before! I'll keep using it consistently. ❤️The scent is just as light and fresh as the lightweight, airy texture. It's almost unscented. As it's a product free of parabens, artificial colors, alcohol, and artificial fragrances, there's no artificial scent either. Skincare products' scent is important to me, in addition to the ingredients, texture, and efficacy, so I was a bit worried, but since this is unscented, it shouldn't clash with anyone's preferences. Products with overly artificial scents often don't leave a refreshing, clean feeling after use, but this one has no artificial feel at all, so the sensation after using it is very fresh.
ConsThis part seems to be disappointing for many people as well. 15ml capacity. It's a portable size that can be taken on trips, but the amount is a bit disappointing for consistent use 😢 It would be great if you could increase the volume a little bit. For dry skin, it may be slightly lacking. I personally dislike heavy formulas and sticky finishes, so I was satisfied with using the Vichy Mineral 89 eye serum this time. However, if you have severe dryness or want a richer feel, it may be a bit lacking. After all, most eye care products tend to be rich, so this may differ a bit in that aspect.
TipPump a moderate amount and gently pat it in to help it absorb quickly. This way, it will absorb fast and won't cause your makeup to slide around.🙂

It was a bit unfamiliar to me at first since I tried the eye serum that is only applied to the eye area! However, the amount that comes out after pumping is just about the size of a small bean, so it's very easy to control and apply to the eye area. Since it's a product for the eye area, it feels gentle, and it doesn't sting when applied around the eyes. I haven't been using other serum products lately, and although I usually have dry skin, I don't tend to have a lot of wrinkles around my eyes. But when I squint my eyes a little, I do get some very shallow wrinkles around my crow's feet and laugh lines. However, after applying it consistently morning and night for about a week, the wrinkles became less visible even without squinting. It seems like it's because the moisture has been replenished. The texture is semi-transparent and a bit watery, but it doesn't drip. It gets absorbed very quickly, but it leaves a moisturized feeling afterwards. I don't usually apply lotion around my eye area, so my eye area used to feel dry when touched, but now it feels immediately more hydrated. When I wake up, the eye area looks a bit less aged(?) haha.
ConsThe bottle itself is really small! I didn't know the price since I got it through the Hwahae Trial, but it's so expensive...? I wanted to keep using it, but I'm not sure if I can continue because it's too pricey...
TipI applied a generous amount right after toning! But... considering the price, I'll have to use it more sparingly going forward...

When used, the immediate hydration is nice and it is not irritating. Going forward, I plan to purchase eye essences rather than eye creams, even if it's not this specific product.
ConsThere are no particular disappointments, but the effects of the product seem to only be present when applied. However, as the usage period has not been very long, I think I need to use it more to know for sure.
TipAfter using skin toner to prep the face, I use the eye essence followed by other products.

I didn't feel any dryness In the morning when I put on makeup and in the evening when I got off work, my eye area was very dry, but I didn't feel any dryness until I got home after work. 2. It was good that I could apply it to both eye areas with one pump. Although the amount is small, it seems like it will last a long time. 3. It's not irritating. My eyes are sensitive, and when I use irritating products, my eyes sting, but this product doesn't have that problem.
Cons1. The amount is just right, and the watery texture suited my skin type well, but for extremely dry skin, you may need to use a richer product. 2. I'll use it for 2 more weeks, and if there are any unsatisfactory points, I'll have to modify them. I haven't noticed any noticeable effects yet, so I'll have to use it more.

Trial Reviewers' reviews undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsThis is a Hwahae Trial Reviewer review. As I have extremely sensitive skin, when I use anti-aging products, tiny bumps tend to appear all over my face the next day.. ㅠㅠ Even with expensive luxury brand baby products, they still cause irritation under my eyes. So I decided to avoid cream-type formulas. The Vichy Mineral 89 Eyes Super Lifting Eye Serum has a clear, thin, and lightweight formula. So as you can see, it's less irritating on the eye area and I'm satisfied with it. There's no breakout, and it's refreshing, so it's good to use in the fall as well. Especially in the summer, I think it'll be really great. Of course, it doesn't interfere with makeup application, which is an added bonus.
ConsThe size is too small ㅎ Normally baby products are 30ml, so you can use them for a long time little by little. But the Vichy Mineral 89 Eyes Super Lifting Eye Serum is only 15ml. So it'll probably last about a month and a half. So in terms of price, it's not exactly affordable.^^;;
TipI apply this Vichy Mineral 89 eye serum right after my fermented skin (Fresh) routine. You don't need to pump it a lot, just squeeze out one long line and then dot it around the eye area in small amounts. Then gently spread it out.^^

Non-irritating It doesn't feel at all irritating or stimulating when applied around the eyes. It's also fragrance-free! 2. Moisturizing, fresh, and lightweight application (not heavy or sticky!) I really like the formula. It applies moisturizing, soft, and smoothly. Usually, baby products, whether essence, gel, or cream, tend to be a bit thick and heavy, but this product applies fresh and lightweight. And the best part is that it doesn't feel sticky at all! It's a formula that everyone will enjoy, regardless of skin type. 3. A small amount is sufficient. This seems to be an extension of the formula's characteristics - just a few pumps are enough to cover the face. At first, I didn't know and pumped three times, applying it all over my face.
ConsTo be honest, there weren't any. I don't have wrinkles around my eyes, but I have severe dark circles. I'd be willing to buy this product if it helps improve my dark circles.

I have dry eye syndrome, and even a slightly unsuitable eye cream would make me tear up all day, but the Vichy Mineral 89 Eyes Super Lifting Eye Cream did not cause any eye irritation or stinging. The texture was like a regular essence, not oily, and when applied, it felt like a supple, transparent film was formed. As it is a serum for the eyes, it absorbed quickly and did not disappear, leaving a long-lasting moisturized feeling, which I was satisfied with. While I cannot say that it smoothed out eye wrinkles after 2 weeks of use, I would give it high marks for maintaining moisture for a long time compared to other serums.
ConsI have quite dry eyes, and the serum alone was not enough to provide sufficient hydration. Like most serums, it does not have the oily properties of a cream, so it may be insufficient for those with very dry eye areas.
TipFor those with dry eye areas, I recommend applying the eye serum first, and then following up with an eye cream for an additional layer of hydration.

I'm 28 years old and I'm the type who is very concerned about my skin and eye wrinkles. My skin is currently in a state of breakout as well. I have sensitive, dry, and dehydrated skin, and I've been breaking out due to using the wrong lotion. So I was quite worried about whether it would be okay to apply, but it's incredibly gentle! The texture is a bit watery, like a runny nose? But the absorption is decent, and it applies smoothly and adheres well. I'm not sure if the effects are dramatically different yet, but the wrinkles are definitely fading little by little!
ConsThe volume is too small. The price is a bit high compared to the small volume. But other than that, there's nothing really bad about it, so I'll keep using it!
TipI think it's best to apply it after your skin toner and lotion!

These days, I tend not to use cosmetics with added fragrances, but this one is almost fragrance-free ~ It seems like a gentle product, so I feel reassured. It's not a cream type, but rather a slightly watery lotion+serum-like texture, so it's not heavy and absorbs quickly. My skin type is combination, and with the seasonal changes, the area around my eyes has been dry, and I'm worried about wrinkles and dark circles in particular! Most importantly, the Mineral 89 Eyes product is said to improve dark circles if used consistently, so I've been applying it morning and night~
ConsFor those with dry skin, the lightweight texture may feel like it lacks moisturizing. (My T-zone is dry, while the rest is combination.) So I make sure to apply an eye area serum and lotion or moisturizer as well! And I've been using it consistently, morning and night, for about 2 weeks now, but I'm still not sure about the effects on my dark circles yet~
