Pros
I bought and tried a mild acid toner because I heard it's good for the skin. The texture is between a water toner and a gel toner, so you can use it by soaking it on a cotton pad or use it as a 3-skin in the winter. While I didn't feel like my skin dramatically improved or my acne got significantly better, I was satisfied that it didn't irritate my sensitive, acne-prone skin.

I purchased another one (right photo) as the one I bought on March 5, 2019 is almost used up (left photo). This is a review after using the product for a total of 3 bottles (left photo). For my sensitive, acne-prone, and atopic skin, this is a holy grail product! It is mildly acidic, moisturizing, and serves as both a toner and skin. I purchased it after a beauty YouTuber I regularly watch recommended it. It's a mildly acidic toner and skin product. It can be used as a wiping toner, and also as a skin that you apply and absorb into the face. Typically, I generously spray it on a cotton pad in the morning, wipe, then gently pat it in. In the evening, I scoop some into my hands, spread it on my face, and let it absorb. Since mildly acidic products are good for atopic skin, I had tried a famous mildly acidic skin product before, but it was too drying. It felt like it just evaporated right away, and even when I applied a generous amount, it dried out quickly. So I went searching for a new product, and my favorite YouTuber recommended this one, saying it helped with the dryness. I've used a total of 3 bottles so far, and with the one I purchased in advance, I'll be using my 4th bottle. The texture is between a watery type and a runny serum type, but leaning more towards the watery side. It's not as thin and runny as some watery products, but has a bit more elasticity and substance to it. It's much closer to a water-type than a runny serum. It feels so moisturizing that it's almost like a skin and essence hybrid. Using it, I definitely feel like my dead skin is reduced significantly. As someone with extremely sensitive, atopic skin who can't use exfoliating or AHA/BHA products, this has really helped with my stubborn dead skin issue. It helps the dead skin naturally come off when I wash my face. I have nothing but praise for this product - it's my holy grail. I really think this product would be great for those with atopic and sensitive skin.
Cons
The price of 200ml is 22,000 won, which is not a cheap price. However, the quality is so good that the price is not an issue. The serum has a runny, yet dense and moisturizing feel?? I tried the slightly acidic toner and it's quite nice - the ingredients are good too👍 Just dab it on a cotton pad and wipe it over your face, doing it a couple times for full hydration!
Cons
.....? No irritation, no effects... I specifically got the slightly acidic one for my acne, but it didn't really do anything... My acne just kept coming back. Ugh, acne is the worst.
Tip
I used it like an essence! I'd pat in the Cysnic First Essence a few times to really absorb it, then I'd scoop some of this out and mix it with the Apieu Tea Tree Powder, either applying that directly to my face or soaking a cotton pad with it for a little mask. My inflamed blemishes started to calm down bit by bit!

The term 'toning lotion' is spot on. It's a formula that can be wiped on like a toner (not a watery type, but closer to a runny type) yet feels as moisturizing as a lotion. Instead of a cleansing toner, just dispense a few drops into your hand and apply, and you'll get even more hydration. Even though I have extremely sensitive skin, this actually helps soothe my complexion. As they said, the slightly acidic pH really makes my skin feel comfortable.
Cons
The price...well, the volume isn't small, but since I use so much of it, it's certainly not cheap. Of course, I'll repurchase it, but the cost is undeniably burdensome.

I have sensitive skin that often breaks out in small bumps, but after switching to this toner, my skin has improved tremendously.
