Pros
Most cases of hair loss are caused by excess nutrition (sebum). That's why I actually prefer the feeling of having my scalp thoroughly cleansed, rather than just mild stimulation. This product provides less irritation than green tea, but effectively removes the oiliness from the scalp itself. It is very good for scalp care.
Cons
The product doesn't lather well, so I have to shampoo twice. It also feels like it's stripping the natural oils from my hair, so I need to use a separate conditioner.

My hair's oil content has drastically decreased! After shampooing, the cooling sensation is just right, and the subtle fragrance is also nice. My hair feels soft just from shampooing. My whole family has switched to this shampoo. And especially for me, my neck acne has significantly reduced! My sister has an oily scalp that gets greasy within half a day, but after using this shampoo, the effect has been so great that she doesn't have any issues the next day, so she's been repurchasing a lot of it. It has a nice fragrance, and some shampoos make my hair greasy, but this one leaves it soft and fluffy. At the same time, it doesn't make my hair too dry.

It's mild, foams up well, and is quite nice~My hair doesn't get oily. My husband was using it first because of his hair loss, so I started using it too. I like that it's non-irritating.

This product is effective in reducing scalp oil. Washing my hair once every two or three days has definitely reduced oil production. (My hair used to be greasy.) It is less irritating to the scalp bumps or wounds.
Cons
As stated when purchasing, you need to lather the hair twice each time to see the full effect. There was no effect like scalp exfoliation. (The scalp does not feel refreshed.) You may be less disappointed if you purchase a regular hair shampoo instead.

Pros
My scalp tends to get oily by the evening, but after using this product, it has improved a lot!! As I have an oily scalp, it used to be troublesome to wash my hair at night and go to bed. But now, I can wash it at night and have no issues until the next evening! The itchiness has also almost disappeared, so I'm really satisfied and plan to continue using it~ I wanted to give it 5 stars, but had to deduct one because there are two potentially harmful ingredients. But even knowing about the harmful ingredients, I can't bring myself to stop using it.
