Pros
The viscosity of the contents comes out of the bottle well but does not flow too much on the hands or head, the foaming ability is moderate, and even after rinsing and before using a conditioner, the hair does not become excessively stiff. The scalp also does not itch.
Cons
There is an ambiguous scent like a medicinal smell, and upon checking the ingredient list, I see that 'fragrance' is included. If they were not going to use any fragrance at all, or if they were going to use one, it would have been better to have a more refreshing scent, but the fragrance is not to my liking. Also, I've been using it for about 2 weeks, but I'm not sure about the anti-hair loss effect yet. I'll have to use it for a month to know for sure.
Tip
This is not a tip, but if you want to properly convey the 12-hour lasting effect of the vitamin C, it would have been better to make it a leave-in conditioner.

Even though I wash my hair every day, my hair seems much softer than when I used other shampoos. I usually don't change shampoos because I'm worried about irritating my scalp, but this one seems to have worked well.

Pros
This is a life-changing shampoo! I've tried many shampoos that are said to have good ingredients and product performance, but this one is the best! When I lather it up twice, the refreshing sensation on my scalp lasts longer and stays all day! Unlike other shampoos with good ingredients, my hair doesn't feel damp or stiff, but stays moisturized!
Cons
The only thing I'm not fully satisfied with is the limited purchasing options! I wish they had an essence or care oil in the same product line as well.

After using this shampoo, my scalp itchiness has almost disappeared. This shampoo alone is more than satisfactory, and I usually don't bother with conditioners or treatments, but with this product, my scalp doesn't get dry and my hair doesn't get stiff at all after just using the shampoo. From the moment I started using this, I haven't even thought about using any other products.
Cons
