I heard this one was gentle, so I decided to give it a try. It really is gentle on the skin.
ConsThe downside is that when you squeeze the right amount into your hand and mix it with water at a 1:1 ratio, rubbing your hands together doesn't create a lather - it just becomes sticky. You need to use about a 1:5 ratio of product to water to get a good foam for washing your face. The cleansing effectiveness is quite low. It's less like a soap and more like an emulsion with a bit of soap mixed in. Because of this, it barely cleanses at all.
TipI end up washing my face with something else first, then using this tea tree cleanser as a final step. Just to get some of the tea tree benefits.

ConsDespite not changing any other skincare products, I suddenly started getting large blemishes, one by one, until I had four. I have dry skin and even during puberty, I only got about one pimple. But now, suddenly having four blemishes made me realize I had switched my cleansing foam from TheSaem to this Mediheal product. It feels like it's not cleansing thoroughly, and I can visibly see that it's not removing my makeup completely. In fact, other tea tree products have never suited my dry skin and have always made my blemishes worse.
TipSince it doesn't foam up easily, you can create sufficient lather by adding a bit of water.

It was a great deal to buy it along with the masks, and I see they're still running the same promotion now. As for the product itself, it seems to be formulated for oily and sensitive skin, so the texture is quite thin. This might not satisfy those looking for a squeaky-clean feel, but it's a plus for sensitive skin types as it cleanses gently without irritation. Unlike other cleansers for oily skin, I found it less likely to cause deep dryness, which is a nice touch.
ConsAs I mentioned earlier, it feels a bit lacking as a nighttime cleanser. I felt the need to follow up with a second cleanse using a different product after using this as my first step.

While that one was more of a squeaky-clean type, this feels gentler. Surprisingly, it doesn't feel like a typical cleansing foam - when I first squeezed it out, it had a texture more like a rich moisturizer! It's perfect for those no-makeup days or when you've worn minimal makeup, as it's not too harsh. The bottle is generously sized too. So far, my experience has been neutral - neither amazing nor disappointing. I'll keep using it and update my review later.
ConsThere aren't any major downsides. Personally, I prefer a squeaky-clean feel after using cleansing water to remove makeup, but this product is milder and doesn't give that super-clean sensation. I find myself reaching for it mainly on minimal makeup or bare-face days. One thing to note: it has a strong alcohol scent when using. Update: I don't recommend this for removing makeup. When I finished my usual cleanser and used only this for my second cleanse, I noticed some blemishes popping up, possibly due to residue. I'd suggest using it on bare-face days or as a morning cleanser.
TipI always keep both a deep-cleansing product and a gentle one in my routine. Moving forward, I plan to continue using this as my go-to mild cleanser.
