I heard this one was gentle, so I decided to give it a try. It really is gentle on the skin.
ConsThe downside is that when you squeeze the right amount into your hand and mix it with water at a 1:1 ratio, rubbing your hands together doesn't create a lather - it just becomes sticky. You need to use about a 1:5 ratio of product to water to get a good foam for washing your face. The cleansing effectiveness is quite low. It's less like a soap and more like an emulsion with a bit of soap mixed in. Because of this, it barely cleanses at all.
TipI end up washing my face with something else first, then using this tea tree cleanser as a final step. Just to get some of the tea tree benefits.

While using it, I didn't experience any issues with blemishes or breakouts. Being mildly acidic, it seemed to have gentle cleansing power, so I didn't feel any deep dryness after washing. Overall, I think it's a good value, lightweight foam cleanser.
ConsThe cleansing effectiveness is weak and it doesn't lather well. Because of this, I found myself using more product, so it ran out quickly. Although it contains some potentially harmful ingredients, I didn't have any major problems while using it. Since it also includes many beneficial ingredients, I still think it offers good value for money.

ConsDespite not changing any other skincare products, I suddenly started getting large blemishes, one by one, until I had four. I have dry skin and even during puberty, I only got about one pimple. But now, suddenly having four blemishes made me realize I had switched my cleansing foam from TheSaem to this Mediheal product. It feels like it's not cleansing thoroughly, and I can visibly see that it's not removing my makeup completely. In fact, other tea tree products have never suited my dry skin and have always made my blemishes worse.
TipSince it doesn't foam up easily, you can create sufficient lather by adding a bit of water.

It was a great deal to buy it along with the masks, and I see they're still running the same promotion now. As for the product itself, it seems to be formulated for oily and sensitive skin, so the texture is quite thin. This might not satisfy those looking for a squeaky-clean feel, but it's a plus for sensitive skin types as it cleanses gently without irritation. Unlike other cleansers for oily skin, I found it less likely to cause deep dryness, which is a nice touch.
ConsAs I mentioned earlier, it feels a bit lacking as a nighttime cleanser. I felt the need to follow up with a second cleanse using a different product after using this as my first step.

ConsIt's not ideal for removing makeup as it doesn't lather well and has relatively weak cleansing effectiveness on a made-up face.

In fact, I've been using it for years, always coming back to this foam cleanser even after trying other products. From my experience, it's gentle on the skin, and unlike some other products, it doesn't cause any unpleasant sensations like tingling.
ConsIt doesn't lather up very well. I've had doubts about its cleansing effectiveness in the past, so if you're concerned, I'd recommend double cleansing. For an acne-focused product, it contains a few ingredients to be cautious about. It doesn't show any remarkable results.

When using it, you can really feel how gentle it is. There's hardly any fragrance, which adds to its mildness. After cleansing with this product, my skin feels so smooth! It doesn't leave my skin feeling dry either. I highly recommend it!
ConsThe gel-like texture means it doesn't lather up very well, which is a bit of a downside. Because of this, I end up using more product each time I cleanse, so it runs out faster than other cleansers. Also, it's not really effective at removing makeup, which is disappointing.
TipAs I mentioned above, since it's not great at removing makeup, I'd suggest using a different product to take off your makeup first, then use this as your final cleansing step. That way, you'll get the best results!

ConsThe fragrance is underwhelming, and the cleansing effectiveness is mediocre. It feels like it only partially removes oil, and the scent isn't particularly pleasant.

Being a tea tree foam, it seems effective for blemishes. It lathers well and leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean.
ConsDespite being a tea tree foam, this product actually caused a breakout of tiny bumps on my skin. Its cleansing effectiveness is extremely poor - you might as well consider it non-existent. While it does leave the skin feeling squeaky clean, it's incredibly drying.

But it's not great either. The scent is nice though. I'm not particularly eager to recommend it.
ConsI didn't really see any effects, and new blemishes kept appearing. For those who wear makeup, I'd suggest using a stronger foam cleanser. This one is quite mild, so it doesn't remove makeup completely. If I had to choose again, I wouldn't repurchase it!
