Pros
It looks moisturized and radiant when applied, but there's not much difference whether you apply it or not when you put on a cushion on top.
Cons
When I apply this and do my makeup, it doesn't show up. After applying, my face feels stuffy. Over time, it feels dry and tight. On top of that, pimples? Small bumps come up. ㅡㅡ I bought this at the duty-free shop along with the Guerlain base, but the Guerlain is a million times better. Even when I mix it with sunscreen or BB cream, the small bumps come up. ㅂㄷㅂㄷ.. The Guerlain has been sitting in the drawer corner, rotting, and will soon be in the trash.
Tip
Just apply a highlighter instead. It definitely doesn't suit those with dry skin. Even with a solid skincare routine, there's still tightness. I used up the entire Guerlain and was looking for a base, so I bought the Estée Lauder base, and it's great - moisturized and nice.

Pros
I bought the Strobe Cream because it's moisturizing and also works well as a base. After being assessed as going from oily to dry skin, I completely switched my foundation and am somewhat satisfied with the result. When I apply a small amount and build up my makeup, it definitely has a primer-like effect and a nice glow, and even when my foundation starts to break down, it still looks nice.
Cons
Please change the packaging... Please... I really dislike it...
Tip
It's great for touch-ups when you're out - you can blot away the oil and then mix and reapply a small amount.

In the winter, applying this and then foundation will give you a truly luminous and hydrated complexion.
Cons
In the summer, the makeup can completely melt off and your face feels oily and like it's sliding down.
