The affected area cleared up right after I applied this. I highly recommend it! There's nothing better than Primajoo for diaper rash. It's especially effective during the summer when diaper rash tends to occur. Just one application and you can clearly see the results.
Cons
The application is a bit tricky. It's very thick and sticky. It doesn't rinse off easily, so you need to use the Primajoo cleansing water to wipe it off before bathing.

This is the best product I'm completely satisfied with. I'm already on my 3rd bottle... I apply it to the groin, buttocks, and scrotum area to prevent diaper rash, and I hardly ever get diaper rash. When the areas around my arms or neck get red, it calms down quickly after I apply it!
