Apparently due to applying it consistently, diaper rash has not occurred yet. The area around the newborn's neck that was red and pimple-like like eczema cleared up within 2 days after applying a small amount.
Cons
Once applied, it does not wash off easily. It does not wash off well with just water and requires using a washcloth or soap along with it, which is a bit inconvenient.

When our baby's unexplained eczema started to get rough and bumpy, I tried applying diaper cream just in case, and it got better! That's why I always try diaper cream first when our baby has skin troubles in the early stages. It usually calms things down.
Cons
Since the usage amount per application is small, I can't use up the whole thing within 3 months! I wish they made smaller sizes too.

There seems to be no better product than this for baby's rash. It disappears just two days after applying, and it doesn't come back. Not only for the rash, but it also completely clears up any trouble spots on overlapping skin areas, so I always make sure to have it on hand.
