The coverage is decent, and the hydration is excellent! No darkening, and it has great staying power. I hardly need to touch up my makeup. The coverage is medium to high. Depending on the situation, you might need to use a separate concealer. If you're buying online, it's hard to compare colors accurately. I recommend visiting a store to purchase it in person. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 17, 2019
- Color I've always used light-colored cushions, but I thought this one might be too bright for my skin. I was hoping for something between shade 23 and 21, and this color was just perfect. - Hydration You can feel the moisturizing effect as soon as you apply it. It's not just pure hydration, but a good balance of moisture and oils. This would be great for those with very dry skin. - Oil Control As someone with combination skin, I've always struggled with cushions. With this one, my forehead and nose became oily quickly, causing the product to separate and wear off easily. I've tried various products, but the NARS Aqua Glow Cushion didn't solve this issue either. It feels especially heavy for summer use. - Skin Appearance My boyfriend researched and thought it would be good, so he gifted it to me. However, in my personal opinion, it didn't suit my skin. It felt like it was pilling and didn't adhere well. I have some small whiteheads around my nose area, and my skin texture isn't the best. Products with high oil content usually don't work for me, and the NARS cushion didn't help conceal these flaws. After multiple applications, it started to pill and made my skin look unflattering. It might work better for those with good skin texture and non-oily skin. - Price Considering the brand, I didn't find it particularly better than other cushions I've used before. The price is quite steep - I remember it being around 60,000 won, and even the replacement puff costs about 10,000 won. In conclusion, the price is pretty brutal... I used this from spring to fall, and I always used it with a sebum control powder! For those with oily skin, I highly recommend finishing your base makeup with a sebum control powder! - lu*****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 3, 2019
Effortlessly beautiful skin even with a quick application. Looks gorgeous even when it fades. Comfortable to wear in all seasons. For a hydrating foundation, it offers surprisingly good coverage and staying power. Those naughty NARS folks - it's not cheap, yet the amount is so stingy. If it's going to be like this, they might as well not bother making it good. Pore coverage is a bit disappointing... better to use a primer. For a hydrating foundation, it's perfect in every way - longevity, coverage, shade, and how it wears off. The only imperfection is the price... Oh wait, there's one more thing - the quantity! The amount is truly disappointing. It's the first cushion I've used up completely... it's really that small. So if you're going to buy it, be prepared to surrender your wallet to NARS... even the refills are expensive! - mi******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessDec 10, 2018
The case is thin and lightweight, making it convenient to carry. The Nars brand has a trustworthy reputation, and beauty bloggers rave about it. This is the first makeup product that actually makes my skin look worse. I've tried many cushion foundations, but I just want to throw this one away. It cakes up and settles into the pores on my nose and chin like no other. For reference, I often receive compliments on my skin, but an hour after applying this, I nearly screamed when I looked in the mirror (thankfully I was alone). My pores were waving hello, and my nose and chin looked dirty. It's truly awful. Aqua? It turns into a cakey mess, leaves traces on my face and hair, and the product looks patchy and uneven. I seriously wonder if those who claim it's moisturizing and glowy are using the same product. Why buy an expensive mirror with poor quality? It's better for your mental health not to purchase it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 5, 2018
Compared to the Giorgio Armani cushion I've used before, this one has better staying power and coverage. It's moisturizing and beautifully enhances the complexion. The amount is too small... While it's hydrating, it transfers easily. Still, I'll buy it again. Cover dark circles with concealer, then pat on the cushion for a quick and easy makeup look. However, touch-ups are necessary. - se****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 31, 2018
The coverage was good and less oily than expected, so it didn't get shiny. The adhesion was also good, and the color (a little too dark for me) seemed to be a nice yellow-based tone. Using the lavender-toned concealer to brighten the center really made my skin look beautiful. Both the Erdem and the basic case options looked great, so it was hard to choose. Of course, as I've heard, the durability... I couldn't even use it more than once because it caused an allergic reaction ㅠㅠ I'm not sure which ingredient caused this... (I have clogged pores and am allergic to shea butter) Also, the cap opens diagonally, so it was a bit inconvenient for me to dip the puff in and then dispense it to the side to control the amount before applying it to my face. It seems to be a product that clogs pores well, so please keep that in mind. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 15, 2018
I tend to prioritize coverage and longevity. I sweat a lot on my forehead and nose, so I really dislike summer. But this product has amazing coverage and longevity, and the cooling sensation is the best! I feel like I've found a holy grail product! I got the limited edition case because the original black case was said to be weak, but this one also doesn't have that satisfying 'click' sound when closing it, unlike other regular cases. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedJun 13, 2018
It's super moisturizing! Compared to the cushion I used before, this is much more moisturizing and has a dewy finish. As someone with dry skin, my makeup would always end up looking very matte, even though that wasn't my intention. But after trying the Nars cushion, the world of dewy skin has opened up to me. To be honest, as summer approaches, I'm a little worried that the dewy look might turn into an oily one, but I'm currently enjoying this newfound dewy skin and have no complaints. I actually bought this to use as a corrector, but as soon as I touched it, the glow was so apparent that I changed my mind and decided to use it as a finishing product. So I'm not sure about the coverage on bare skin, but it's great for reducing redness as a finishing touch. And the most important thing is that there's hardly any cakiness! Whenever I do my makeup, it's like I have a restaurant in the middle of my nose, with all the foundation buildup, but this cushion doesn't cling to that at all. I'm so happy about it. I've heard a lot of good things about it, but I was a bit hesitant to buy it because the packaging looked a bit underwhelming. But after seeing the limited edition packaging from Nars, I just had to get this. It's even more gorgeous in person, so I'll share some photos for you to see. Take a look at the clean pore shot as well! Even though it's a limited edition package, if you remove the logo and design, it looks like something you'd find at the drugstore - with its stiffness and flimsiness... They spent 3,000 won on the packaging and put the remaining 60,000 won into the core product, so you can trust the Dior-level quality... Anyway... And the amount control is a bit tricky - the product on my nose area got wiped off when I first tried it, and I was a bit flustered... Also, I'm not sure if it's just me, but when I open the lid, there's a lot of foundation residue on the top lid... That's a bit disappointing. Other than that, it's all good. If you find the coverage to be lacking due to the moisturizing formula, be sure to try it as a finishing or correcting product. Then it'll be amazing. - an******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 31, 2018
One of the things I was dissatisfied with the Jungsaemmool cushion was the breakdown. Since it was thick, it would cake and break down. But this product, the breakdown is just... non-existent! ⭐️Darkening⭐️ - To be honest, the darkening wasn't visually obvious to me, but when I tried applying other foundations for color comparison, I was surprised. As I was trying to layer it, the color had completely changed... But this one maintained its original color, which was really surprising. ⭐️The most satisfying reason is that my skin feels comfortable. My skin is in a chaotic state right now, but with this product applied, it feels comfortable and good..! It doesn't cling or anything, and I really like it⭐️ 🤢Color🤢 - ..It's my own mistake.. Next time, I'll try the Namsan color.. It seems too bright, though 😢 But Fillnland!!! They say it's the brightest in the neutral range!!! Not the difference between pink, yellow, and neutral bases - this is really like "Shade 21 is too dark!" for you. 🤢Aqua Glow..?🤢 - I definitely don't think it has an "Aqua! Glow!" feel to it.. 💖I will repurchase this! It's such a versatile product - it's okay to just slap it on, and it's also okay to layer it! It's so lightweight, and the longevity and lack of breakdown are really impressive! However, I don't think it's a base for dry skin at all! I felt it was a tad drying, but it may vary from person to person - I don't think it's moisturizing! 💖
