Pros
It's incredibly bouncy and effectively controls sebum. The color is so pretty and the scent is subtle, so I think it won't be divisive. When I'm feeling lazy, I just skip everything else and use this one (which is also the motto of the Serum Kind line, one-step!)
Cons
The dropper is really convenient to use, but I always feel bad about throwing it away... I wish the dropper was made of recyclable materials! There is a slight stickiness, so I usually use it at night.

I have dry skin, but this seems to really help with that! And since I have sensitive skin, the fact that it doesn't contain any bad ingredients is great - it worked really well for me! I'll definitely buy it again when I run out.:)
Cons
At first, there's a bit of a sticky feeling when you apply it, but it sinks in nicely and then there's no stickiness left, just a nice moisturized feeling.
Tip
I find that applying it twice in the evening works even better.

Moisturizing power! It's really amazing! My skin is extremely dry, so 3 toners + 2 ampoules + 2 creams are the basics for me. But after cleansing, just the toner + black serum or the black serum alone was enough, which was surprising. I was going to apply a cream as the final step, but I didn't need to because the moisturizing power of the serum alone was enough to tackle the inner dryness, and it also provided a thin protective layer on the skin, just like applying a water cream. So I didn't need to use a separate cream. Also, when I applied the serum and did my makeup, there was no pilling or flaking at all, and the makeup didn't get cakey or dry out my skin until the evening. In the evening before bed, I applied it generously about 2 times, and my skin maintained its moisture without any dryness until the next morning. On days when my skin condition is poor or after drinking, I usually have to use a sheet mask, but applying the black serum multiple times seems to work even better than the sheet mask. Since my skin is extremely dry, the serum gets absorbed immediately upon application, and the absorption rate is highly satisfactory. The viscosity seems a bit higher than the brown/purple ampoule bottles, but the spreadability is similar. If your skin is dry and lacks moisture, this serum is a must-have.

I'll summarize the good points first, and then write down the bad points below. 1 Moisturizing: When I first applied it, it felt sticky and tacky, so the initial feeling wasn't great. But it really does make my skin feel moisturized. Since it's winter now and my skin gets dry, I've been applying this morning and night, and in the morning, my skin feels so moisturized - there's no flaky skin or anything like that. 2 Absorption: Even though it felt sticky, it actually absorbs really well.
