Wow, I wasn't expecting much, but this cushion is so amazing it's become my holy grail! The way it enhances my complexion is just... mind-blowing. And the staying power is absolutely fantastic, making it my go-to product in the morning over other cushions or foundations. It has a slightly matte finish. I didn't experience any blemishes, and there's honestly nothing I dislike about it. I'm completely in love with this product! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 16, 2024
As a semi-matte cushion, it's surprisingly non-drying and doesn't cake up - that's Dior for you! It applies in a super thin layer, making it perfect for those who prioritize a natural skin-like finish over heavy coverage. While I'm a fan of the Inner Glow look, this works great in summer, but it's versatile enough for year-round use! Since I prefer applying in sheer layers, I found the staying power wasn't as long-lasting as I'd hoped. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 16, 2023
It applies transparently and gives a radiant finish. Since it's semi-matte, make sure to thoroughly prep your skin with a good skincare routine before application. The puff seems to absorb quite a bit of the product. That's the only downside I can think of. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinOct 3, 2021
I have combination skin that leans towards dry without much oiliness. I ended up buying this along with other products, and I'm quite satisfied! After using this product, I even bought the foundation! Despite being a matte cushion, it's not drying even now (early October), which is great. It feels moisturizing but with a matte finish? Also, it barely transfers onto masks and applies thinly. Everything else is good, but... the puff... I'd highly recommend using a different applicator. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMay 24, 2020
The case is unique and comes with a pouch. The color is vibrant and radiant. Its semi-matte finish is perfect for creating a soft, velvety skin look. The oblique case design is more attractive. The coverage is rather light. It can be drying on the skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 10, 2020
This cushion foundation is my holy grail! I used to be a die-hard fan of the VT Double Cover Cushion, but when it was discontinued, I became a cushion nomad. Then I heard about the Dior Perfect Cushion being semi-matte and lightweight, so I decided to give it a try. Phew! The case alone is so stunning that I'd be satisfied just looking at it (both the standard and Dior Mania cases are absolutely gorgeous). But when I applied it, wow! I have large pores due to acne, so if a cushion is too dewy, my pores become very noticeable. If it's too matte, it settles into my fine lines. Plus, I have quite fair skin, so even if the formula is good, the shade is often too dark. However, this cushion in shade 0N is perfect! The color matches me beautifully, it's just the right amount of dewy while still having a matte finish, and when gently applied, it smooths over my pores effortlessly. I actually prefer products that don't have extremely long-lasting power, as they can make my skin feel suffocated and cause blemishes. This one has just the right amount of staying power, fading gracefully with a beautiful glow. In short, for me, this is the ultimate cushion foundation. And did I mention how incredibly beautiful the case is? The only downside would be the somewhat hefty price tag... But I'll make sure to use every last drop! For those with large pores, try this technique: First, apply the Fox Cosmetics cushion as a base. Then, lightly spread a thin layer of Benefit's Porefessional. Finally, instead of patting the Dior cushion, gently glide it on. This method provides excellent pore coverage and improves longevity.
