Each serum is unique - some are unscented while others have fragrances. The Purple Cabbage Drop has a delightful scent. It's not as runny as I expected, with a viscous texture that feels highly concentrated!
ConsThe price is a bit steep... 40,000 won for 30ml
TipIt's slightly sticky, so I recommend using it for night care rather than in the morning routine.

It's a one-step solution that deeply hydrates and feels like it creates a protective oil barrier on the skin's surface! ✔️The product packaging, branding, and presentation are incredibly well-thought-out. Everything from the box to the packaging materials and even the enclosed leaflet was absolutely lovely 💜 ✔️Scent: It's hard to describe, but it has a luxurious and fresh fragrance that lifts your mood when you apply it ✔️Texture & Feel: The serum has a rich, oily consistency. It glides on smoothly due to its oily nature. You might think it would leave residue and feel sticky, but it absorbs surprisingly well and leaves a refreshing finish. That's why I found it even more satisfying after application! However, those with very oily skin might want to avoid it, and it might be a bit much if you apply a cream on top. It's more suitable for fall and winter than summer. ✔️Soothing effect: While I'd need to use it longer to be certain, after about a week of use, it felt gentle with no irritation and seemed to calm my troubled skin. I'd love to continue using this product for a longer period!
Cons✔️Dropper bottle: I'm not sure if it's just my product, but I found the dropper inconvenient as it doesn't dispense enough serum unless you press it firmly

I was excited to try it out! I have combination dehydrated skin, with an especially oily T-zone, and I often feel dryness. My skin is sensitive, and I'm prone to blemishes if I use the wrong products. I use different products for my morning and evening routines, so I incorporated this one into my nighttime regimen. When I first applied it, I was intrigued by its unique, bouncy texture. I was a bit worried about the scent since it contains cabbage extract, but thankfully, there wasn't any strong or unpleasant fragrance. Recently, my skin had been looking dull, and I was experiencing more redness than usual. After cleansing with my toner and applying a calming serum, I used this product. It felt hydrating, seemed to reduce some of the redness, and gave my skin a soothed feeling.
ConsThe texture is more bouncy than I expected, which made it feel a bit sticky for my liking. That's the only downside for me, unfortunately.

Design First off, I was amazed by how beautiful the design was when I received it. Not just the product, but the accompanying poster and packaging were lovely too! 2. Scent I was worried the scent might be unpleasant before receiving it, but upon smelling it, I found it quite nice. It's a common fragrance, but not one that's off-putting. 3. Hydration When I used it, I applied a very small amount (smaller than a fingernail), yet it was still quite moisturizing. I'm very satisfied with this. 4. Gentleness Usually in winter, if a product isn't gentle, my skin stings and turns red when I use it. Fortunately, I didn't experience any of that with this product, so I've been using it comfortably. Overall, I'm satisfied with this product, and there's more quantity than I expected, so I'm using it well. <<In the third photo, you can see my hand with dry, flaky skin. The serum has been applied only to the right side.>>
ConsIt feels a bit heavy to use before applying makeup, and slightly light for nighttime use. As it's a viscous product, the dropper doesn't pick up a large amount. When I wore a mask indoors, my skin quickly became dry.
TipIn the morning, I'd recommend using just this product along with your toner and moisturizer. For evening, it might be good to layer it with other richer creams.

It makes my skin feel so supple and bouncy. The scent is lovely, and I highly recommend it for those with super sensitive skin. I have oily skin, while my sister has dry skin, and we're both loving it! Oh, and the packaging is just gorgeous - I can't get over how beautiful it is!
ConsThere's nothing to dislike! I'm completely in love with everything about it!

As soon as I received the package, I was delighted by its scent, which reminded me of a perfume yet felt like my very own personal skincare product!
ConsThose with oily skin should be aware that the rich texture might lead to slower absorption. It's something to keep in mind before purchasing. Also, it's worth noting that the price point is a bit on the higher side.
TipYou don't necessarily need to use a toner from the same line. However, adding hydration to your skin texture helps prepare it to better receive the soothing serum. This can aid in quicker absorption. Personally, when my skin is super sensitive, I only use a toner and the Cabbage Drop, layering them multiple times. This method of skincare has proven to calm my skin much faster!

Used alongside: Purple Cabbage Drop, The Lab by Blanc Doux, The Ordinary Retinol. Product characteristics: The scent reminds me of a tint, and the texture is slippery. It's like a gel essence, hard to tell if it's oil or water-based. While the application feel isn't amazing, it doesn't dry out the skin or cause pilling under makeup. My first impression wasn't great, but I recommend it for soothing purposes. My forehead tends to be oily, and when my skin acts up, I get blemishes there. My skin went haywire after overlapping cleansing, toner, and an intense treatment. So I bought Rovectin Treatment Emulsion and B-plane Bamboo Ampoule from YouTube recommendations, but they made things worse. I decided to try this product anyway for the review. I had a lot of raised closed comedones, and my acne doesn't come to a head. After frequent exfoliation, cleansing, and applying this product (which stung on broken skin), I woke up the next morning to find my skin much calmer. If it continues to improve, I'll definitely repurchase. The photo shows my current condition; I'll update after finishing the bottle.
ConsThe fragrance is artificial, and the texture is... unique? It's quite sticky. I'll need to use up the whole bottle to know for sure.
TipWhen applied to the skin, it gives a potentially overwhelming glow, but if you layer The Lab Hyaluronic Acid Cream on top, it tones down the shine while keeping the skin hydrated!

The texture is different from what I expected. I thought it would run, but it's surprisingly firm. I absolutely love the scent. It's so rich that you might not even need to apply a separate cream.
ConsIt feels a bit sticky, as if it's not absorbing well. Personally, I'm not a fan of sticky textures, so I don't reach for it often. I'm also not sure if it's actually effective for soothing my skin.

I've been struggling with blemishes and redness from acne scars, so I was excited to try this. It contains red cabbage extract, which might explain the subtle purple tint in both the container and the ampoule - it's quite pretty to look at! First off, I appreciated the hygienic aspect of the dropper applicator. The scent was pleasantly mild too. After using it for about two weeks, I noticed the redness from my acne had slightly subsided, and the ingredients seemed to agree with my skin as I didn't experience any new blemishes. Given it's currently a transitional season, I've been dealing with dead skin cells and dryness. The ampoule's consistency is thick enough not to drip when applied to the back of your hand, which I found really helpful. I have combination dehydrated skin, so I've been following up with a light moisturizer after the ampoule. However, I feel like in summer, this product alone might be sufficient.
ConsWhile the thick texture of the ampoule was great for tackling dead skin cells, I was a bit surprised that the dropper had trouble picking up the product. The absorption isn't particularly quick, so you need to pat it in thoroughly. This might not be an issue for nighttime use, but if you're applying it as part of your morning skincare routine before makeup, you'll need to ensure it's fully absorbed to prevent pilling. Other than this, I didn't find any significant drawbacks.

The packaging is really beautiful :) 2. Among all the ampoules I've tried, this one had the most bouncy texture and substantial feel. But it wasn't heavy or burdensome - rather, it gave the impression of providing excellent hydration, which I loved. Also, I didn't experience any blemishes 👍 3. I appreciated that there was hardly any noticeable scent.
Cons1. I have mild atopic dermatitis, and my face became a bit itchy. I'm not sure if it was just a regular flare-up or if this product didn't suit me. I stopped using it for about a week, and it improved slightly, but not completely. I'll try it again and update my review. > It seems it wasn't because of this product. I used it again, and my atopic dermatitis has cleared up. 2. The dropper was a bit difficult to use. Maybe because the product has a thicker consistency (I've only used lighter products before), it didn't get drawn up into the dropper very well. 3. I got to try this through The Hwahae Testers, but I think the amount is a bit small for the price. Of course, a little goes a long way, so it's not terrible value for money, but as you can see in the photo, it's quite petite.
