It has an emulsion formula with small particles, so make sure to roll it between your palms before washing to minimize skin irritation. It produces a moderate amount of foam and cleanses gently, leaving my skin feeling less dry.
ConsOn its own, the cleansing effectiveness isn't exceptional. It feels like there's some residue left, so I use it together with a cleansing oil.
TipFor best results, use a cleansing oil to thoroughly dissolve makeup before washing with this cleanser.

I think I'll be using it for life! The cleansing effectiveness is great, and the granules make me feel like I'm really getting a thorough clean. What's more, my skin doesn't feel overly dry after washing, which I absolutely love!
ConsI honestly can't think of any real downsides. Perhaps the only thing is that I wouldn't strongly recommend it to those looking for that super squeaky-clean feeling after cleansing.

So it's 10000 won for 2, which means 5000 won each! With 130ml per bottle, that's 260ml total - not bad at all. I liked that the formulas are tailored for different skin types, and even the salt granule sizes are varied. I usually avoid products with citric acid as they make my skin itchy and inflamed, so I chose this one instead. The scent is noticeably emulsion-like.
ConsBefore using it on my face, I tried washing my hands with the product. I thought the salt granules might be divisive, and looking at the reviews, I was right. Even though it's the smallest type, it might feel quite harsh. If it felt quite abrasive just washing my hands, I can imagine how it might feel on the face. Also, it's quite drying. My hands felt parched right after washing...
TipIf you find the salt granules too abrasive, try dissolving them slightly before use. Also, to reduce the feeling of dryness, skip towel-drying your face after cleansing and move straight to your skincare routine.

ConsIt's disappointing that there are three potentially harmful ingredients, which might cause skin irritation

I've tried everything - sulfur, propolis, aloe, you name it. I finally realized that I needed to focus on the cleanser first. They have 40%, 30%, and 20% strengths. If you're new to it, start with 20%. For those wanting a deeper cleanse, go for 40%. If the granules feel too harsh, you can dissolve it slightly in water before lathering. I think I'll keep using this - it's helped me manage folliculitis that other products couldn't touch. Highly recommended for anyone struggling with folliculitis!
ConsAs expected, it can be drying due to the ethanol content. Make sure to follow up with a hydrating toner or moisturizer. For those with folliculitis, be careful with oily products for hydration - they can cause immediate flare-ups.

It's gentle on the skin, doesn't cause irritation, and leaves your face feeling moisturized without any tightness after cleansing. I stock up on this whenever it's on sale. While it may not be absolutely perfect, it doesn't have any significant drawbacks either.
ConsAs someone with oily skin who's well into their thirties, I have quite a few blemishes and my skin isn't as oily as it used to be. I'd recommend this hydrating type for people like me.

ConsHowever, it seems less effective at removing makeup compared to other cleansing foams. After rinsing, there's a slippery residue that makes me feel a bit uneasy, prompting me to wash my face again with a different product

It contains fine salt particles that provide a gentle exfoliation and give a sense of deep pore cleansing. While it may not completely remove sebum or blackheads, it leaves your skin feeling hydrated. The texture is slightly runny and a bit thin, with salt granules mixed in, giving a smooth and moisturizing sensation as if it's infused with milk. The cleanser features micro sea salt bubbles that retain moisture while removing impurities, ensuring your skin doesn't feel tight after cleansing. Here's what makes it special: - Sea extracts effectively remove fine dust and impurities, leaving your skin clear and bright. - Rich minerals from pure Jeju volcanic sea salt help protect skin that's been exposed to external irritants. - The moisture-packed, dense foam provides lasting hydration even after washing.
ConsAfter rinsing, there's a slight slippery feeling left on the skin - I suppose that's what they mean by 'moisturizing after cleansing'? The cleansing power is rather weak. As I showed in the photos, it doesn't completely remove heavy makeup like mascara, eyeliner, or lip tint. I had to do a second cleanse because of this. It didn't have a significant effect on blemishes, and if your skin doesn't agree with it, it might even cause more breakouts. I'm just using it casually without any remarkable results.
TipIt's better to use this product two or three times a week rather than using it too frequently.

However, that sensation didn't last long.
ConsAs I continued using it, I realized the benefits I initially felt were probably just a placebo effect in my mind. The more I used it, the less effectively it seemed to cleanse, and the granules felt like they were unnecessarily scratching and irritating my skin. Now that I'm cleansing with a gentle baby soap, my skin seems to be in better condition than before. I bought this product thinking it would help with dead skin cells, but using a dedicated exfoliating product is a million times better.

It effectively removed dead skin cells from my face using salt granules. 2. The granules weren't painful at all, despite their size. Instead, they provided a refreshing sensation as they gently scrubbed away excess sebum.
ConsI had high hopes for its blemish-fighting properties, but the results weren't as noticeable as I'd expected. Also, being a salt-based product, you might unintentionally taste the saltiness during cleansing.
TipI wouldn't recommend this for those with super sensitive skin or a thin skin barrier.
