My skin used to be prone to acne and blemishes. After years of continuous use, my skin has improved significantly. Now, I only get a single pimple around my menstrual cycle. Even that one is noticeable only because the rest of my skin is so clear! I used to struggle with milia on my cheeks, but the oil and moisture balance of these products seems to be perfect for me. My milia has improved a lot, and I have no intention of switching to anything else! The opaque packaging makes it hard to tell when I'm running low on product... Please have sales more often! I love that it's not sticky after application. I'm prone to breakouts, but this product suits my skin well. I've gone through about 5 bottles already. It's a solid, reliable choice for everyday use. The downside? It's not exceptionally amazing... First off, the texture is incredibly rich and hydrating. From the moment I applied it, words like 'moisture', 'hydration', and 'elasticity' immediately came to mind! Recently, I've been using this as the final step in my nighttime skincare routine. After my retinol treatment and basic toner, I apply my desired functional serum for hydration, and then seal it all in with this cream. I'm extremely satisfied with how it works, so I highly recommend it! Even if you have very dry skin, I wouldn't recommend using this for daytime care, especially before makeup, going out, or applying sunscreen. It leaves your skin looking excessively shiny. I'm writing this review after using a whole bottle, as I had a headache. I love how hydrating it is. Sometimes I even use it in place of my toner. It's nice when I want something lightly scented, without being too overpowering. There's a unique stickiness that remains even after it absorbs. It's okay when I apply an emulsion on top, though. It stays put without sliding off and has a nice, firm texture. The moisturizing effect seems really good. My skin tingles right after application. The finish feels similar to the cream from the same line. It's quite rich for a serum. Seems to pair well with Laneige Cream Skin. This serum has a brown tint and is transparent, with a gel-like texture that doesn't drip. It's convenient and nice because it doesn't run when you apply it. The balance between hydration and richness feels just right, giving a good oil and moisture balance. The finish is moisturizing with a slight glow. It feels like you're applying essence and oil in one, giving a nourishing sensation. The fragrance is really... not great. It's supposed to be rose or something, but it's extremely artificial... It smells like old-fashioned, unsophisticated cosmetics. The texture isn't thin, but rather has a slightly thick consistency, so it doesn't absorb well. Beautiful jar design. The cream has a lightweight texture and absorbs quickly. Facial wrinkles became less noticeable after a week of use. Skin feels well-hydrated. As someone with combination oily skin that's dehydrated underneath, I found other ampoules too heavy and essences too light. I couldn't settle on a basic skincare routine. But this product is great at providing deep hydration that fills my skin from within. In summer, I use this alone as my moisturizer. It's impossible to check how much product is left... A decent serum that feels just right - not too light, not too heavy, but perfectly balanced Might not be suitable for oily and super sensitive skin as it could feel a bit heavy...
