In the winter, my face is always dry and tight after cleansing, but since it's an oil balm, there was no dryness. Also, the amount is quite a lot, so I'm using it with my mom, and she also says that the makeup dissolves quickly and her face doesn't feel tight! The towel that's there just for wiping the face was really surprising (I'm not sure if that's the exact purpose).
ConsWhen it arrived, it was a bit melted, and there was oil inside the case. Also, the ingredients seem to need a little caution. I was fine, but just in case.

The cleansing works well, and it gently and moisturizes to thoroughly remove not only impurities but also heavy point makeup cleanly, which seems great.
ConsIt might be too oily, so it could be burdensome for oily or troubled skin types. Also, since it's a product I received through the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program, I didn't have that concern, but the price seems too high and burdensome.

My skin type is an oily T-zone and thin, vein-showing dry skin on my cheeks. My face flips over with the seasons, and the products I use change accordingly. I've been a nomadic user, switching between oil, water, and lotion cleansers, but recently I've been using the pink cleansing balm from Banila Co. Then I won the Hwahae Trial and tried the Emma Hady product for the first time. The texture is a bit firm when scooped out with a spatula, but it melts into a soft, smooth consistency when applied to the skin. They said this product would provide moisturizing and soothing effects, and I definitely noticed less tightness in my face after cleansing. I can't say for sure that the soothing effect is solely due to this product, as I've been continuously caring for my skin that's been going through changes, using mild and sensitive products. But it hasn't made things worse, either. Using the included cotton pads to remove the balm seemed to do a better job of clearing residual makeup than just using my hands. As a balm, it thoroughly cleanses without leaving any residue, and it effectively removed even pearly color cosmetics. Using the cotton pads also provides a gentle daily exfoliation effect, which is nice. Although it's a bit of an extra step, I think it's important to always wipe off the balm with the pads.
ConsThe fragrance of this product might be divisive. Personally, I didn't find it too strong, but sensitive users might dislike it. When I first received the product, there was a layer of oil separated between the balm and the container, almost like water. I couldn't mix it back in, so I just poured out the excess oil. The balm worked well on my dry cheeks, but it did tend to build up oil in my T-zone, which is oily. I noticed more whiteheads than usual, so I make sure to double-cleanse with a mild pH-balanced foam cleanser after using the balm. Another downside that many have mentioned is the need to use the included cotton pads to remove the balm. The combination of the balm and the cleansing pads is good, but it's a shame that the cleansing efficacy of the balm alone seems to be reduced when using the pads.
TipFor those of us with combination skin, I would recommend doing a second cleanse after using this product. I personally use the Banila Co. balm, and then follow up with the Beplain Nokdu Foam Cleanser. Since the foam cleanser is pH-balanced, it's able to remove any remaining oil without stripping away too much of the moisturizing benefits from the balm.

And I used the product right away on a day when I had full makeup, and the texture was similar to the Vanilla* Cleansing Balm, but the Moringa Cleansing Balm felt a bit more oily and had a bit more oil content. Now, I scooped it up with the included spoon, melted it in my hands, and rubbed it directly onto my face, and my foundation and even waterproof mascara were removed quickly! But after just rubbing it in to dissolve the makeup, I rinsed it off with lukewarm water and looked in the mirror, and my skin felt so smooth!! Then I used a cleansing foam, and I could see that my biggest concern, my large pores, had visibly improved even with just one use! My skin felt so smooth and glowy, it was really amazing!
ConsFirst, when I opened it, there was some melted oil-like substance on top and it had leaked out a bit. And since the formula has a lot of oil, it felt a bit too oily for me. And the scent, well, it's not a particularly pleasant one. The oily scent kind of lingers even after using it. The scent didn't bother me too much, but the melted oil-like residue left behind was quite annoying...
TipI think this product is quite temperature-sensitive, so in my opinion, it's best to store it in a cool place. If you leave it in a warm spot, it melts quickly even without scooping it out. And I think if you use this product together with a cleansing tool that helps remove clogged pores, you'll see even more noticeable good results!

Cleansing Power As mentioned in many reviews, this product really removes makeup well! The eye area may have some residue compared to other areas, but the cleansing power is unimaginable compared to other products. As long as you don't just rinse it off, almost everything gets removed, so I'll write this briefly! 2. Moisturizing Power Unlike other products, there is less of a tightening feeling on the skin. Before removing the moisture, you can't even feel it at all. After removal, compared to other products, there is less of a tightening feeling. After washing with water, the skin feels smooth and bouncy, noticeable enough to see. 3. Spreadability It doesn't melt easily and clump up, so there's less falling off the face when applying. It's quite soft, and just a slight rub on the hands makes it melt smoothly, making it convenient to apply. 4. Irritation There may be some irritating ingredients, but I didn't have any issues. Even excluding that, new products usually require an adaptation period (during which breakouts can occur), but I didn't experience that with this product. With other products, my skin would sometimes sting, but this one was gentle and soothing.
Cons1. Oiliness This product contains oil ingredients, so oil gets stuck in the eyes. After washing, the eyes become hazy and blurred with the oil. Natural removal takes a long time. It was very bothersome, and even after thoroughly washing my eyes, the oil still remained. 2. Maintenance This product requires using a spatula and towel together. Other products I've used allow storing the spatula between the inner and outer lids, but this one doesn't. If you force it in, you may experience the inner lid breaking like I did. As for the towel, there's the inconvenience of having to wash and store it, and the bathroom humidity can lead to bacterial growth. Since it needs to be used more than once a day, it's almost always damp, making it inconvenient to store in a drawer. 3. Fragrance The fragrance is definitely polarizing. I didn't find it pleasant. However, the fragrance doesn't linger long, so you only have to endure it during cleansing. I think the level of tolerance is manageable for the product. Of course, I always use a skin lotion after this product, so I'm not sure about the fragrance when not using a skin lotion. 4. Usage Since this is an overseas product, the instructions are all in foreign languages. The details aren't provided on Hwahae, so you have to search online or look at reviews to find the usage instructions. 5. Price It's expensive.
TipFor the amount, use the spatula to scoop about a spoonful (not overflowing, around a spoonful and a half) worth. This should be a good guideline for the amount to use. As for the towel, the size should be slightly larger than the bunched-up hanging part. Since it's inconvenient to dry the towel, I just wash it with regular soap before using, even though it's a natural soap. As for the spatula, I just store it by putting it in the lid after the lid broke. When applying it to the face, I rub a small amount in my hands to melt it before using.
