The texture is somewhere between a runny serum and a watery skin. It's not quite a runny serum, but it has more viscosity than a watery skin. The lack of an irritating fragrance was a plus.

It's way too stinging. As soon as I applied it to my face, I immediately experienced skin irritation symptoms (large red patches popping up here and there, a burning sensation. My skin actually hurt.) Sensitive individuals should reconsider this product. This is the first toner I've used that hurt so much and caused such redness as soon as it touched my skin. The moisturizing power is also lacking, leaving my skin feeling dry. The finish is sticky, making it difficult to layer additional products. I definitely won't be repurchasing this... I'll just use it on my body instead... The packaging is also a downside - it's hard to open and close, and the opaque bottle makes it difficult to see how much product is left.

Pros
This is a slightly slippery water toner! I didn't really feel the viscosity, but it's good for hydration. The best part was how quickly it absorbs.
Cons
When I used this, the edges of my lips felt tight and stinging. I applied the toner generously and even did a toner pack, but a small red area appeared... I think something might be coming up. I stopped using it and have no plans to repurchase.

This is a Hwahae Trial Reviewer review. 1. Skin Type I have oily and sensitive skin. It's not that I'm particularly sensitive, but I do tend to get breakouts from certain ingredients. Nowadays, most people seem to think they have sensitive skin. That's about the extent of it. I got a breakout on my chin on the first day of using the product, but since I was on my period, I wasn't sure if it was due to the product or my hormones. I kept using it, and it seemed to be fine. I'm still not completely certain, so I'll continue using it for a few more weeks and update the review if I get any more breakouts. 2. Usage & Texture The texture is like a cleansing water mixed with an essence toner. As an oily-skinned person, I like to apply it with a cotton pad, and the texture works well for that. It's not a thick toner, but it's much more hydrating and less drying than other thick toners I've used. For my oily skin, the toner and essence alone are enough to keep my skin moisturized in the morning, even before applying makeup. My skincare routine is toner, essence, and then cream, but I recently switched to a richer cream, and it feels a bit heavy in the mornings. I adjust my cream usage based on my skin's needs, sometimes using it and sometimes skipping it. I was using the Graymelin toner before, and it had an unpleasant oily feel.
