Even though it's a water toner, it doesn't feel like it's not applied, but rather it feels truly moisturizing. It's perfect for those who find water toners too drying and cream-based toners too heavy. I was worried that the rose toner would have a strong rose scent, but I'm glad it doesn't have any fragrance! And the main ingredient is rose flower water, which is great, and it's not just plain water but has a nice moisturizing texture. After cleansing, I wipe it on with a cotton pad and then layer it on my skin a couple of times, and the toner alone makes my skin feel hydrated! The packaging is also soft and easy to squeeze out the product.

There's really nothing disappointing about it. I'll be sure to use it well!

Feels like a light water skin! It has a moisturizing effect~ With hyaluronic acid ingredients, it's a slippery toner that's good for 3-skin use. The scent is not too strong, which I like. There's nothing irritating. After cleansing, spraying it 2-3 times and patting it in for absorption is good.
Cons
