I've tried various products recommended for dry skin, but when I stumbled upon the Banila Co Dear Hydration line, I thought 'This is it!' I'm now on my third bottle! It's packed with hydration and doesn't feel sticky, making it great for both dry and oily skin types! Since it's a water-based formula, it might be more convenient if they changed the packaging to a pump bottle for easier application with a cotton pad! - mi********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 19, 2021
It's a safe choice with a pleasant scent. I'm satisfied with how hydrating it is. I'm off to stock up on another bottle! There's nothing bad to say. It's just a reliable product with a nice fragrance. I've been using it for several bottles now. It's great for doing a skin pack by soaking cotton pads generously with the product! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 2, 2020
I never thought I'd buy skincare basics from Banila Co, but after trying a sample I got with another purchase, I loved it so much that I bought a full-size. I've even stocked up and I'm still using it happily. Back when I didn't know much about ingredients, I was just so satisfied with how it felt during application and how my skin looked afterwards that I ended up using a lot of the emulsion and cream too. The water-based formula makes it easy to apply generously. So far, I'm really loving it. I'm not too familiar with ingredients, so I'm here to check if this is actually a good product...?! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 10, 2020
I've gone through two bottles of this toner after stumbling upon it while searching for a less oily skincare product. I love its refreshing citrus scent (I believe it's described as fermented lotus water?). It absorbs quickly, which I really appreciate. I've also found it works well as an exfoliating toner. It's a bit disappointing that it doesn't quite resolve deep dryness issues... - my******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 20, 2020
I use this as a third cleansing step to wipe off any remaining residue. It's pretty decent overall. The packaging of the Banila Co toner is a bit disappointing. It looks rather cheap. - 58****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 15, 2020
Hydrating and gentle toner ➡️My skin type: Combination dehydrated/Acne-prone/Sensitive 1. Can be gently applied using half a cotton pad! Usually, even when I use toner to softly cleanse after washing my face, there's always been some burning or irritation. But this toner I bought from Banila Co seems really mild! While there's a slight stickiness, for those with sensitive and acne-prone skin like mine, it wipes on smoothly and causes less irritation, which is great! 1. Slight stickiness! When I think about it, it's not really a major flaw, but I thought I'd mention it as it might feel unfamiliar to those used to more watery toners. It's not overly sticky, but there is a bit of texture to it! After gently wiping with half a cotton pad, if you follow up with a hydrating mist or layer on some cream, it seems to make the skin texture more moisturized and revitalized! - si*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 3, 2020
I received this toner as a sample with my cushion purchase, and while everyone's experience may differ, I definitely feel like my skin looks more refined after using it. There's also a sense that my complexion has become more translucent, which I'm really pleased about. I haven't experienced any blemishes either. I'm so satisfied with the sample that I'm considering purchasing the full-size product once I finish it. For those with dry skin, using this toner alone might leave your skin feeling slightly parched. After cleansing, gently pat your face dry, then immediately apply two drops of toner to your forehead, nose, and each cheek. Quickly but gently massage it in, then pat to help absorption. Personally, I follow up with a water essence and then an emulsion. You'll likely see visible improvements in your skin! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 3, 2020
When applied, it feels like it's filling from within, leaving the skin hydrated without any deep dryness. It's really nice! The disappointing aspect is that the container doesn't have a pump, which makes it a bit inconvenient to use. - sk******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 28, 2019
This is my holy grail toner! The next day, I'm like 'Wait, why does my skin feel so good?' It leaves your skin incredibly smooth! The 7-skin method works great with this, but honestly, you don't even need to go up to 7 layers. It's that good! Well, to be honest, those amazing effects seem to diminish after using a few bottles. Also, you go through it quite quickly, which can be tough on a student budget. Still, it works better when applied with a cotton pad that you squeeze out excess product from. Other than that, no complaints. I've run out and need to buy more! Use it with a cotton pad that you've squeezed out! It's great as a mask too, and for a quick swipe to cleanse first. This kind of versatile product is simply the best. - na***Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDec 14, 2019
Moisturizing? To be honest, I'm not sure what was good about it There are too many issues: 1. The scent 2. The ingredients 3. It's sticky 4. Causes small bumps 5. Causes redness 6. Causes a burning sensation 7. Overall, it just doesn't suit my skin at all. Using this made my skin breakout worse I'd recommend using something else...
