Although it's still early, it seems to be less drying than others.
ConsI'll need to use it longer to see if it really helps with dead skin cells or dandruff. So far, I haven't noticed any significant effects.

Even with a small amount, it lathers up nicely, making hair washing a pleasant experience.
ConsUnfortunately, it doesn't seem to effectively remove dead skin cells from the scalp, so I'll have to switch to a different shampoo next time.

Cons# Fragrance Longevity Unfortunately, that subtle scent doesn't last long. Although the bottle mentions scalp odor care, after about half a day post-shampoo, I feel like the scalp odor starts to come back. # Oiliness While my hair doesn't become stiff, my scalp gets oily quickly, becomes itchy, and I notice dead skin cells flaking off. (The oily scalp version didn't cause flaking, but it also made my scalp oily quite fast.)

With my long permed hair, I felt that my hair was less frizzy compared to the Aromatica shampoo. Similar to Aromatica, there is a slightly refreshing feeling on the scalp.
ConsAfter using this product, I noticed white flaky dandruff-like buildup on my hairline. I had a similar experience with the Jason Long & Strong Jojoba shampoo I used before, where I had dandruff-like flakes. It seems like the common ingredients in these two shampoos don't agree with my sensitive scalp. I had high hopes since it was marketed for sensitive scalps, but it's unfortunate that it didn't satisfy all sensitive scalp needs.
