I loved how gentle and non-irritating it was. I always used this product, so I had bought three or four bottles in advance. But now it seems to have been discontinued, as I can't find it anywhere anymore. Such a shame! Originally, there were separate versions for dry and oily skin types. But looking at the renewed product, it seems they've combined them into a single formula.

Although my hair is slightly oily, using it as if for dry hair works best, making it less stiff. It seems to remove a lot of moisture and oil. I've been using this for chest-length hippie perm hair throughout winter. I shampoo every 1.5-2 days, followed by treatment and conditioner. The product feels gentle and pleasant to use. I need to shampoo twice to avoid itchiness. Using it alongside an anti-hair loss shampoo, it feels less refreshing in comparison. I was searching for a gentle shampoo suitable for dry skin, and I bought this product after seeing positive reviews. Although it's still early, it seems to be less drying than others. I'll need to use it longer to see if it really helps with dead skin cells or dandruff. My scalp is super sensitive, so I've tried all those famous French and German shampoos... but they just made my scalp worse, like a snowy field (dead skin cells everywhere, feeling like my scalp was tearing apart... painful, tingling, itchy, just awful all around). I was searching for shampoos on Hwahae and found one with good reviews, but the price was so low... I bought it thinking I'd toss it if it wasn't good, but wow... Now if I use any other shampoo, it's a disaster! I guess the answer wasn't shampoos with lots of good ingredients, but one that removed many of the bad ones... So I even bought one for my dad! If this can keep my scalp safe, I'm going to keep using this shampoo... The downside is the smell! It smells like rotten grass... But since I like aromatherapy, herbal medicine scents, and even the smell of centella, I can tolerate it. Still, it really does stink... Ryo... couldn't you just make it unscented? Sometimes I feel like gagging when I wash my hair... When you pump it, a lot comes out in one go, so for long hair, two pumps are enough!! I recently had an itchy scalp with bumps, but since using this product, they've disappeared. It has great cleansing effectiveness and is a gentle shampoo. There's nothing to complain about. I wish more products like this excellent one were made. When I shampoo, I focus on cleansing my scalp. This approach seems to cause less damage to my hair. - sr****Dry SkinOct 31, 2021
I bought this shampoo to share with my child who just started elementary school, as it was said to be gentle. Even with a small amount, it lathers up nicely, making hair washing a pleasant experience. 1. My scalp is quite sensitive and often gets red or itchy with certain products, but after using this, I didn't experience any irritation or tingling sensation on my scalp. 2. After use, my hair didn't feel dry or brittle. It actually became a bit more manageable. 3. The product is labeled as silicone-free, and surprisingly, it has good absorption and spreads easily. 1. The scent is my least favorite aspect. It's supposed to be herbal, but it smells like a mix of grass and cucumber soap. 2. The fragrance dissipates quickly. I'm not sure if it's because it's not a perfumed shampoo, but the scent doesn't last at all. 3. I'm unsure about its cleansing effectiveness. The ingredients are decent, it lathers well, and its cleansing effectiveness is pretty good. I feel like I'm losing less hair compared to my previous shampoo. It's a great value-for-money option. If you have long hair, you might find it a bit rough to use this shampoo alone...
