And yes, I have the Vampire color too! While the pot-type packaging might seem a bit dated now, when I bought it, I was unsure if I could even pull it off. Remember when we thought lips always needed an applicator tip? There are some downsides, but let me start with the positives as requested. First off, as Hanbyul mentioned, it's all about how you apply it. The Vampire color isn't exactly cool-toned; it's more of a deep orange-red, like a scab (in a good way!). You can either use a brush for an even, pretty application, or just use clean fingers to dab it on for that effortlessly messy look. To others, it might seem like you rushed out, but that's the whole 'just-bitten' vibe we're going for! The formula is moisturizing, similar to the non-staining glosses that are popular these days. The big question is: pretty or weird? As someone with a deep skin tone, I find it pretty! It really does look like blood, which made it perfect for Halloween too!
ConsStaining - It does stain, but minimally. Adherence - It basically transfers and disappears. Moisture - It's hydrating, but different from today's moisturizing lip products. Staying power - Nonexistent. Portability - It's a hassle to carry around a brush, and hygiene is an issue, so I just keep it at home.
TipOh, and you can achieve that dark red lip look that those filter-free Thai, Vietnamese, or Chinese influencers post on Instagram with this!

For a product with some transfer, it maintains its color for a long time and leaves a pretty stain. It's become my daily lip product that I've been using every day lately. Despite being a red shade, it's surprisingly wearable and not too bold!! In the review photos, the non-smiling picture shows my lips without lip balm, while the smiling one shows my lips with a very slight application of a pinkish lip balm.
ConsThe plastic packaging makes me a bit nervous... I'm afraid if I open and close it too roughly or too frequently, it might break like those old Etude House eyeshadows. There's a bit of transfer, and since it's not exactly a moisturizing formula, it can settle into lip lines.

ConsBeing a balm type, it's inconvenient to carry around and use on-the-go. Since it's not a tint, it tends to transfer onto masks.
TipIt's easy to apply using a brush.

If applied well, it can look natural.
ConsIt's inconvenient to wear due to the current pandemic situation. Also, the staying power isn't great and it transfers easily. If not applied carefully, it can look cakey. The performance seems to be stuck in the past, just like my memories of it.
