When first applied, it's the epitome of hydration. As you keep it on, it cools down the area where it's placed as it dries. The subtle fragrance is pleasant, making the entire application process enjoyable. It's also great value for money. Perfect for use around the eyes and mouth, and it adheres so well that you can go about your day comfortably after applying. Instead of tweezers, it comes with a plastic spoon, making it difficult to pick up a single sheet. - ma***********Dry SkinSensitive SkinMay 30, 2022
It feels cool when applied, which is refreshing during hot summer days I wanted to address my nasolabial folds, and this product was on sale at a low price. When I checked the ingredients on Hwahae, they weren't all that great. Especially since it contains PEG-60, which I've had stinging reactions to before (particularly in lip products). Despite this, I couldn't be sure about its effectiveness for nasolabial folds without trying it, and there weren't many reviews. The price seemed reasonable, so I decided to purchase it. On the day it arrived, I washed my face, applied toner and moisturizer, then immediately put on the patch. As soon as I applied it, it stung and burned. At first, the patch didn't adhere well to my skin over the skincare products I'd applied earlier, and it kept feeling like it was sliding off my face. There was also a scent that reminded me of a mix between cosmetics and perfume. The burning sensation persisted, but thinking it might be temporary, I kept it on longer. Once it was fully absorbed and the hydrogel patch had dried out (no longer feeling moist), the stinging finally subsided. I'm not sure if my skin had adapted to the irritation or if it just felt slightly numb. Anyway, when I tried to return it due to the irritation, they said I'd have to pay for the return shipping... sigh. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 18, 2020
As a 40-something with combination skin, I've been struggling with enlarged pores, blemishes, redness, crow's feet, forehead lines, glabellar lines, and nasolabial folds. Recently, I've been diligently taking care of my skin with sheet masks, eye patches, and collagen creams, and I'm starting to see results. Among these, there's one product I can't live without - I always make sure to buy a couple more when I'm running low. It's the eye patches! I've been using Petitfee consistently for about 4 years now, applying them before bed. Last year I used the Black Pearl variety, but this year I switched to the Collagen ones. Personally, I think the Collagen patches are more effective. My complexion seems brighter and more hydrated. While some say sleeping with patches can actually dehydrate your skin, I find they help prevent sleep lines by keeping my skin in place as I toss and turn. If I skip even one night, I notice more pronounced eye and nasolabial wrinkles in the morning. All in all, this is an absolute must-have for me! The presence of some cautionary ingredients is a slight drawback. However, since most cosmetics typically contain one or two such ingredients, I don't consider it a major concern. I apply AHC Collagen Eye Cream, followed by my regular moisturizer, and then place the eye patches on my under-eye area and nasolabial folds before going to bed.
