I used this for about a year after giving birth. My scalp tends to get hot easily, and I have sensitive skin that occasionally develops blemishes when using incompatible shampoos or essences. However, with Dr. Groot shampoo, I didn't experience any blemishes and used it successfully! I bought it through an Instagram group buy while pregnant, and since my hair didn't fall out, I thought it was thanks to the shampoo. I went around recommending it to all my friends! Interestingly, a few of them really love it and keep repurchasing. It seems different shampoos work for different people. After using it for about a year, I can say it cleanses my hair well and leaves my scalp feeling refreshed. The only downside is that it can make my hair a bit stiff. I currently have many gifted shampoos to try, but I might come back to this one. I definitely recommend giving it a try! The price point is a bit high, and the volume is quite small. However, you can get it for a bit cheaper through group buys! Before shampooing, I thoroughly wet my hair. After applying the shampoo, I wash my body. I've been using Dr. Glaft Ararea Shampoo for a while, but the effects were minimal and my hair felt too flat. I was about to stop using it when I tried a sample of the Scalp Shampoo during a week-long business trip. Surprisingly, my hair didn't fall flat and had great volume, so I'm planning to switch to this! I've only used it for a week, so I can't speak to its effectiveness for preventing hair loss, but I'm really happy that my hair doesn't feel weighed down. Now that I'm actually looking to buy it, I realize the volume is quite small and it's expensive. I thought Ararea was pricey, but this takes it to another level!

I was most satisfied with the fact that the gentle ingredients allowed me to use it with peace of mind. It doesn't lather as much as I expected. I looked into the ingredients and they seemed pretty good too. Sometimes when I switch shampoos, I get breakouts on my face, but that didn't happen with this one! The price is too high for the amount you get. I accidentally got some foam near my eyes while shampooing, and even after rinsing thoroughly with water, it still irritated my skin. You really need to be careful not to let it get on your face. At first, I thought the bottle was smaller than expected and wouldn't last long. But I was surprised how well it lathers even with a tiny amount! One pump creates enough foam for the entire scalp, so it's very effective for its size. My previous natural shampoo didn't lather well, so I had to use a lot and it ran out quickly. This one lathers nicely and cleanses well with just a small amount, which I love. I'm interested in anti-hair loss shampoos, but the natural ones often left my hair greasy quickly. This shampoo doesn't make my hair greasy fast, leaves it feeling refreshed, and seems to improve my hair's health. That's why I'm planning to stick with Dr. Glaft shampoo from now on! I'll be using only this one. I felt like I was losing a bit more hair than usual. Also, I wish it came in a larger size. And please remove the fragrance. I think it would be better without any added scent, both for health and hair! The quantity isn't particularly generous, so those with long hair might go through it quite quickly. While the scent is better compared to other anti-hair loss shampoos, it's not quite the fragrance that women typically prefer. For women with long hair, I'd recommend thoroughly applying this product to the scalp only, and using a different perfumed shampoo on the lengths.
