As expected from a cica line, it calmed my skin effectively. I applied it when my face felt hot and flushed. When I applied a small amount, it felt a bit heavy and sticky, so I only used it in the evening. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinOct 18, 2023
I tried this cica ampoule after hearing good things about it, and I must say, its hydrating power is truly exceptional. While the hydration was great, it took a bit longer to absorb than I'd like, which felt a bit heavy on my skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 14, 2023
The texture has a nice consistency that absorbs well without feeling sticky, leaving a fresh sensation. Its lightweight formula allows for easy layering. Reapplying makes it feel sticky, which is unpleasant. It's like my skin becomes tacky and suffocated. I don't plan to repurchase, so I don't have any tips to share. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinNov 24, 2022
A reliable essence with a mucus-like texture, similar to nasal discharge. It feels great when applied after toner, creating a protective layer on the skin. The formula is too sticky for the dropper, making it frustrating to dispense the desired amount in one go. A pump-style container would be a better option. Fill the dropper completely when using. It comes out slowly and can be a bit frustrating. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 9, 2022
The ingredients are great and it's easy to use. I think it would be perfect for those whose skin agrees with it. It felt like it absorbed slowly and was a bit heavy on my skin. I ended up switching to a different product... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 29, 2022
I usually respond well to cica products, and my combination dehydrated skin tends to get very dry during seasons with big temperature fluctuations like fall or spring, so I decided to purchase this. 1. Skin texture ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The day after using this ampoule, my skin texture improved. It felt like it filled in the slightly rough patches. I noticed the biggest difference when washing my face in the morning! 2. Hydration ⭐️⭐️⭐️ My previous skincare products were full of hydration but lacked ingredients that form a protective barrier, so I wanted something that would keep my skin moisturized for longer. This product definitely met that need. It creates an excellent base for makeup in fall or winter, helping it stay put! 3. Fragrance-free ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There's no added fragrance and no noticeable scent. It just smells like the raw ingredients of a cosmetic product! This has been my go-to product during seasonal changes. However, it starts off feeling non-greasy but later develops a bit of richness. For everyday use, it's perfect if you blot with oil-absorbing sheets a little while after application! The ampoule itself has very little oil. The hydration feels slightly sticky due to the glycerin content, but it absorbs well into the skin. 1. Blemish soothing I know cica is supposed to be good for inflammatory acne and scar regeneration, but I didn't really notice those effects. 2. Heavy texture for summer use It's a bit sticky, so I don't reach for it in summer. I felt it was best suited for spring, fall, and winter seasons. It's quite pricey when not on sale. The ampoule runs out quickly, so try to buy it during sales. Since it's an ampoule with a dropper, I tried to use it up quickly after opening. Unfortunately, I bought the large size right when spring was transitioning to summer, so I ended up using it in my rubber mask packs... It's great for those with semi-combination dehydrated skin who need soothing. My friend, who has combination skin that leans more oily, is using it well! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 7, 2022
It absorbs well without running, and its creamy texture makes it easy to apply It's too sticky for summer use, and feels heavy on combination skin - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 11, 2022
This product was fantastic for tackling blemishes. The texture was just right - not too watery, not too thick, kind of like a runny nose consistency. It absorbed quickly into my skin. I'm not sure if my skin barrier was compromised, but towards the end of use, it stopped absorbing properly. It just sat on top of my skin, leaving me feeling dry underneath and overly rich on the surface. It ended up feeling quite uncomfortable. For best results, make sure to thoroughly apply your toner before use, and pay extra attention to your cleansing routine. This seems to help the product absorb much better. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 13, 2021
I have sensitive, acne-prone (with small bumps and occasional pustules) skin that's prone to redness, so I decided to try this product because of its cica ingredients. At first, the soothing effect was great, but I'm not sure if I've developed a tolerance? These days, I can't tell much difference. However, it hasn't caused any major skin reactions or breakouts. It just feels like it's maintaining my skin's condition. Since I don't like heavy products on my skin, I used this alone in summer. In winter, I layer it with a light moisturizer. It's a bit frustrating that when the product is almost finished, the dropper can't absorb the remaining content. Also, I don't feel like it dramatically transforms my skin, but I'll likely continue using it. - Hwahae UserOily SkinOct 8, 2021
It seems to be effective when applied to areas with blemishes Perhaps because I have oily skin, applying too much feels heavy and suffocating
