It's moisturizing and has a lovely scent! I love how it seems to add hydration when I spritz it on after applying makeup. When I use it as a final step in my skincare routine, it leaves my skin feeling refreshed, which really lifts my mood. While it feels moisturizing at first, it seems to only hydrate the surface. I don't think the moisture penetrates deep into the skin, unfortunately. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 11, 2019
My skin type is closer to combination dehydrated skin. If I apply products that are too oily, I immediately get blemishes, and if I use lightweight products, my face feels tight --> ultimately resulting in an oily face. So I'm always extra careful when choosing skincare products. First off, the scent was really lovely. True to its mugwort ingredient, it didn't feel irritating or burning when it touched my skin. It comes in a mist-type container with excellent spray power, and after absorption, there was no unnecessary oiliness left behind. If I had to categorize it, it's perfect for those with combination skin, though it might be slightly insufficient for those with dry skin! Following up with a moisturizer afterwards worked great. The container is too heavy, unfortunately. If you don't pat it in, it feels like it sits slightly on top of the skin. Not suitable as an exfoliating toner! It's best to spray it right after patting your face dry from washing, then gently pat it in for absorption. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 26, 2019
After trying the Hanyul Artemisia Moisture Cream, I immediately bought it again! Skin type: combination dehydrated, prone to breakouts when seasons change. Reasons I recommend it: It's lightweight yet moisturizing, suitable for most skin types. The spray dispenser works well. I've only been using it for 4 days, so I'll update with more thoughts as I continue to use it. The scent: At first, the artemisia fragrance might be a bit overwhelming, but you get used to it. Update (2019.08.18): Not recommended for acne-prone skin. It doesn't provide deep hydration and seems to sit on top of the skin (even when applied after mist). Especially difficult for combination dehydrated skin to use in summer. I bought it thinking artemisia would be soothing, but it backfired. Also, more breakouts appeared after using it. Update (2019.08.18): If you have combination dehydrated skin, avoid using this in summer. It caused more breakouts for me. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 15, 2017
It doesn't cause any trouble, has good ingredients, and has a nice fragrance. It's quite nice. I feel like it's a bit superficial. It doesn't seem to absorb well. The whole line of young mugwort seems to be like that. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 14, 2017
The fragrance is amazing.. To be honest, I just bought it without hesitation because the fragrance was so good... It also seems to go well with the color of the bottle. On sensitive skin days, it can be slightly irritating. And if you continue to spray it instead of using it as a toner, the absorption is slower and it can feel a bit surface-level. But it is still moisturizing. For example, when doing foundation or BB cream base makeup, you can spray an appropriate amount onto a brush or puff and use it to achieve a nice fragrance, hydration, and beautiful skin expression. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 15, 2017
The fragrance is nice. And when applied, it doesn't cause any breakouts at least. It also sprays evenly like a mist. It has the feeling I dislike the most - like a coated surface. The inside feels dry and parched, while the outside feels greasy and sticky. My face feels really dry.
