I've been using this for a year. I don't remember the exact price, but I think I bought it for around 10,000 won during a sale. Hydration: The hydration is just average... It's okay, I guess. Spray: It's a fine mist spray. The tiny water droplets spread out widely, which feels nice. Scent: The fragrance is like perfume? It has a strong, pleasant perfume scent. However, it might be too intense for those sensitive to fragrances. Fragrance: I prefer the natural scent of skincare products, but this has a strong artificial scent which was disappointing. I wish the fragrance was less intense... It's probably due to the added fragrances. Skin soothing: It doesn't work well for me. I tried spraying it as a mist and even used it with cotton pads, but it didn't soothe my skin effectively, which was really disappointing. Hydration: The hydration doesn't last long. It seems to dry out quickly after a while. The lasting power is similar to Avène or slightly stronger? That's about it... I wish it would last longer... Am I asking for too much? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 18, 2019
While it doesn't glide on as smoothly as some other products, its hydrating power is excellent. The absorption rate was just average. A major plus is the rounded spray nozzle, which covers a larger area when you mist it on. The scent might be a matter of personal preference, but for me, the strong cosmetic fragrance was off-putting. The product didn't absorb particularly well into my skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 18, 2019
The mist spray is so fine it's like you've sprayed it but also like you haven't - this is both a pro and a con. The advantage is that it doesn't disrupt your makeup when you spray it on, but the downside is that you might keep spraying because it feels like you haven't applied enough. It barely feels like you've sprayed anything, and the scent is quite strong. It has that typical cosmetic smell - like powder or women's makeup. That's why it's just sitting unused. I personally don't like products with strong fragrances. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 5, 2019
It seems like a decent choice for everyday use! I'd say it hits the mark. There's a bit of an alcohol scent, and I didn't notice any significant soothing effects, unfortunately. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 31, 2019
This mist is refreshing and perfectly hydrating. Unlike other mists I've used that either evaporate instantly or feel too sticky, this one strikes the perfect balance - it's light yet moisturizing! I'm 100% going to repurchase. Plus, the plastic case makes it lightweight and perfect for travel or gym trips. The scent is a bit off-putting. It smells quite artificial, which might be challenging for those sensitive to fragrances. At first, I wasn't a fan of the scent, but I've gotten used to it now. On days when dead skin cells are more noticeable, it's great to apply this with a cotton pad to smooth out the skin texture. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 6, 2019
I tried this calming toner because I usually enjoy the scent of mugwort. I didn't find it as soothing as I expected. It was just like a basic water mist, nothing more, nothing less. I was hoping for a natural mugwort scent, but it wasn't that at all. Instead, it had an artificial and strong fragrance, reminiscent of old-fashioned cosmetics! As expected, it contains added fragrances. Those with fragrance sensitivities might not like this. I keep it in the fridge and spray it on my face when I need a cooling effect, which is nice. However, I couldn't tell if it was actually calming my skin at all. So, I've been adding my own centella extract to the bottle for extra benefits. The mist sprays finely, which is good. Once I finish this product, I'll clean and sterilize the bottle for reuse. The packaging is the only thing I really like about it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 25, 2018
I absolutely loved this product! I always thought green tea was the best for soothing, but it turns out mugwort might be even better. I usually do about 3 layers of this toner, then soak a cotton pad and leave it on overnight. By morning, any blemishes have completely calmed down! I was amazed at how quickly it worked the first time I tried it. That's why... I'm already on my third bottle!! The fragrance... I found it too artificial, and unfortunately, it contains fragrance which is a potential irritant. Also, it runs out really quickly. If you use it on cotton pads daily, it'll be gone in a week. There are more concerning ingredients than I expected, so I'm still deciding whether to repurchase. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 13, 2018
You can actually see the pores shrinking. The scent isn't overpowering, and it doesn't feel sticky on the skin. It might sting a bit when you first use it. Also, the alcohol smell is a bit strong if you're sensitive to that. Best to buy this when it's on sale! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 3, 2018
I always repurchase this product because it has a lovely scent and feels lightweight on the skin I just watched Get It Beauty, and they said this fragrance is artificial - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJul 2, 2017
The best part was the fine mist. I used the Avène mist before, but the large water droplets didn't feel great, whereas this mist has very fine particles. And even though my skin has become more sensitive lately, I didn't experience any particular troubles. I spray the mist a couple of times during my makeup routine. It increases the adhesion and gives a glow to the skin. But for that purpose, I think the Avène one I used before is better. The Hanyul one feels a bit sticky. The scent was also a bit disappointing - I thought it would be more of a mugwort scent, but it had a more chemical fragrance. I bought it as a buy-one-get-one-free deal... but there's nothing particularly good or bad about it. I don't have plans to repurchase it. It's just so-so, nothing special.
