As someone with dry skin who doesn't mind a rich texture, this sticky feeling without proper hydration is really unpleasant. It's inconvenient to have to use a separate product to compensate for the lack of moisture

This water-based toner absorbs quickly and leaves a refreshing feeling. It's almost oil-free, and I found that applying about two layers felt the most comfortable on my skin, rather than using it as an exfoliating toner.

As someone with dry skin, I found it a bit disappointing. When I use it for a toner pack (I really soak the cotton pad), it dries up in about 5 minutes, so I had to layer on lots of hydration in the serum/essence step. It worked better as a regular toner or for the 7-skin method rather than for toner packs. Also, I haven't noticed any brightening effects yet... I'm not expecting much at this point.

The artificial vitamin scent is off-putting to me. After application, there's a sticky residue that requires washing my hands. The skin also feels sticky (like a dissolved vitamin pill), so I immediately follow up with another serum.
